Just as I finished speaking with Hui, a system screen popped up in front of again.

[System Alert]

An outstanding individual has been detected within 20 km.

Potential: 10

Eligibility: Can beco a disciple.

I paused.

"Another one...? Another person with potential 10, just like Hui?"

I glanced at Hui again—my contracted demon girl, the one who had just refused to beco my disciple... and smiled.

Of course, I had already seen her stats:

Na: Hui’er

Class: Demon Princess of the Crimson Night

Potential:10

Affection:100 ❤️ (in red)

Trust:100

Bond: Demon Contract – Life Bound

There was no doubt about her loyalty, her power, or her terrifying potential.

But this alert... it ant there was soone else out there with the sa monstrous capability.

"Interesting," I muttered under my breath.

"So I’m not done collecting monsters yet."

But now wasn’t the ti to chase after unknowns. I turned back toward the team—Ruxue, iyun, Vornark, Roman—all watching closely.

Each of them already had incredible potential. And I had to start sowhere.

I let my eyes settle on iyun.

Strong, loyal, and bound to through trust—soone with a hidden class tied to dragons. If I could empower her first, maybe I could also gain abilities related to dragons. That might be the key to what cos next.

"iyun," I said, stepping forward. "Co here."

She approached, graceful and elegant, her expression calm yet expectant.

Ruxue, standing beside her, narrowed her eyes slightly.

"Hui rejected him, and now he picks iyun?"

"Why her...? I was the first one to follow him, the first one by his side..."

"...But fine. If it’s for him, I’ll trust his decision."

Suppressing her jealousy, she said nothing.

iyun stood before , silent and composed.

I looked into her eyes.

"Will you accept becoming my first disciple?"

A flicker of surprise passed through her features, quickly replaced by a warm smile.

"If it’s you... of course, I will."

Just as she spoke, a golden glow enveloped her, and a system screen lit up.

[System Notification]

First disciple appointed.

Na: Lei iyun

Class: Dragon Summoner {Hidden}{Rare}

Rank: B

Potential: 9

Affection for Host: 100

Trust: 100

Note: iyun has high potential and may exceed the limit by completing a special trial.

Bond Activated – Dragon’s Resonance: Strength and resistance of both host and disciple will increase slightly when fighting together.

I felt the surge imdiately.

A subtle yet powerful link had ford between us. Her strength... her loyalty... all of it was now partially tied to .

"Let’s train harder, iyun."

"I’ll do my best, Chen Yu."

But deep in the back of my mind, I couldn’t stop thinking about that system alert.

Soone else with potential 10... nearby.

I didn’t know who or where. But one thing was clear—

I would find them.

And when I did, they would beco part of this future I was building.

Chen Yu stood tall, the golden glow of the disciple bond still fading from iyun’s body. The warmth in the air hadn’t even settled before he turned toward the others.

"I won’t stop with just one," Chen said, his voice calm but resolute. "If we’re going to rise together, then I’ll lead you all—if you’re willing."

Ruxue stepped forward first, her soft crimson hair catching the light. Flas danced faintly in her palms, reacting to her emotions.

She looked into Chen’s eyes. "I’ve followed you this far, haven’t I? I’ll follow you even further... as your disciple."

[System Notification]

Second Disciple Appointed.

Na: Bai Ruxue

Rank: B

Potential: 9

Affection: 100

Trust: 100

Note: Ruxue possesses high fire affinity. Her growth will significantly increase under host’s direct ntorship. Strong emotions linked to host may enhance elental power.

As the bond ford, a fiery aura enveloped her. The temperature rose around them, but Chen didn’t flinch. Ruxue smiled faintly and stepped back.

Next, Vornark let out a small laugh, his beast-like features radiating electricity. The hulking beastkin cracked his neck, sparks jumping across his shoulders.

"You don’t even need to ask," he said, crossing his arms. "We’ve already ford a beast contract. Being your disciple is just one more step toward becoming unstoppable."

[System Notification]

Third Disciple Appointed.

Na: Vornark

Class: Thunderclaw Beast Warrior

Rank: A

Potential: 9

Affection: 85

Trust: 95

Note: Beast-type warrior with a rare lightning affinity. The contract amplifies battle coordination with host. Capable of evolving into a Beast Monarch.

Chen felt a jolt of lightning rush through his arm as the bond sealed. Vornark let out a satisfied growl and stepped aside.

Finally, all eyes turned to Roman—the silent and composed Holy Knight who always stayed just behind the group. Unlike the others, Roman hesitated for a second.

Chen gave him a nod. "I know you serve the light, and your path is one of duty. But if you’re willing, I’ll guide you."

Roman smiled, kneeling with knightly grace. "If it ans protecting this world—and following soone worthy—I’ll gladly walk behind you."

[System Notification]

Fourth Disciple Appointed.

Na: Roman

Class: Holy Blade Knight

Rank: B

Potential: 9

Affection: 90

Trust: 100

Note: Holy-attribute knight with great potential for divine awakening. Strong moral alignnt; sync with host’s leadership will increase healing and support aura in battles.

A gentle golden light surrounded Roman as the bond took hold, sacred and unwavering.

Chen looked at the four now bound to him by more than just friendship or trust—they were his disciples.

Each had their own strength, potential, and bond with him.

Then, a flickering prompt appeared:

[Hidden Alert]

A potential-10 individual remains within a 20 km radius. Target not yet located.

Chen’s eyes narrowed slightly. So there really is soone else... soone like Hui.

He glanced toward Hui, who stood apart, arms crossed, gaze fierce but proud.

Even if she won’t accept as her master, there’s soone out there who might. I need to find them soon... before soone else does.

With a deep breath, Chen stepped forward, his golden aura pulsing.

"Now then," he said, voice firm and bright. "Let’s begin your real training."

Then I looked at the system, seeking guidance. And in the very next mont, it was as if sothing unlocked in my mind—an influx of knowledge surged through .

I could suddenly see it. Not just their stats or skills, but the gaps in their growth—the subtle flaws that held them back and the paths that would allow them to reach their true potential.

I turned my eyes to iyun first.

She had just obtained her class: Dragon Summoner (Hidden, Rare). It was a class with imnse potential, no doubt, but that power was still untad. What she lacked right now wasn’t strength, but understanding. Without truly grasping the nature and depth of her class, she wouldn’t be able to wield it to its full potential. Once she aligned her will with her class’s essence, her growth would be rapid—perhaps even explosive.

Then I shifted my gaze to Ruxue.

She was already powerful at long range—her control over fire was both graceful and destructive. But her combat style had a fatal flaw: close-range vulnerability. If an enemy closed the distance, she’d be at a disadvantage. That had to change. I realized sothing deeper too—if she trained her fire attribute to its limits before her second awakening, she had a chance to unlock a powerful hidden class. A rare opportunity few ever even dread of.

Roman was next.

A Holy Knight, armored and sturdy—a fortress on the battlefield. But even fortresses have weak points. His problem was speed. A swift and agile opponent could bypass his defense with ease. He needed not just stronger armor or a better shield—he needed to evolve his awareness and adaptability. Yet, there was sothing more... sothing unusual. Despite being a Holy Knight, his natural alignnt tilted ever so slightly toward darkness. If, during his second awakening, he managed to tap into that dormant part of himself and evolve into a dark-aligned hidden class, he could beco a unique and formidable force—one that walks between light and shadow.

Finally, I examined Vornark.

He was strong—no question. His lightning-type beast powers were a natural terror on the battlefield. But there was a specific blind spot. Against dark-type users, his offensive instincts faltered, his reactions dulled. It wasn’t about elental disadvantage—it was sothing deeper. A resistance in his blood. The answer was clear. He had yet to fully awaken his beast bloodline. And as the rightful heir of the Beast Kingdom, that awakening wasn’t just necessary—it was destiny. Once achieved, his potential would no longer be shackled.

Each of them had flaws... but each of them had the chance to beco monsters in their own right.

I clenched my fists slightly as realization settled in.

With the right push, the right training, and the right choices made at the right ti... they wouldn’t just beco strong.

They’d beco legends.

As I stood there, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, another system prompt suddenly flickered into existence before :

[System Notification]

As the Instructor, the stronger your disciples beco, the more you will benefit.

When a disciple overcos a major trial or awakens their bloodline, the Instructor may receive rewards such as rare artifacts, hidden abilities, or stat enhancents. There is also a chance to temporarily or permanently unlock a portion of the disciple’s power for the Instructor. So rare fusions or hidden evolutions may only be triggered through the strength of disciples.

Encourage growth. Guide them well. And you may walk the path of transcendence through them.

I stared at the screen in silence, the implications slowly sinking in.

This... was no ordinary Instructor class.

It was a bond. A pact. A mutual rise.

If my disciples grew strong, I would grow stronger with them. Their breakthroughs... their awakenings... would echo back to , feeding my own path forward. The stronger they beca, the further I could climb—and maybe even access powers that wouldn’t be possible on my own.

And, in rare cases... I could even borrow or inherit so of their abilities.

I looked at iyun, Ruxue, Roman, and Vornark. Each of them had incredible potential—each on the verge of a transformation. And I wasn’t just their leader anymore... I was their Instructor.

Their future was my future now.

This wasn’t just about guiding them. It was about evolving with them. This was the true potential of the Instructor (Rare)(Legendary) class—a path that didn’t walk alone, but lifted others and rose through their victories.

A smile slowly crept onto my face.

"Let’s begin."
