The Next day.
After finishing off the job and spending a fifteen days honeymoon in the diterranean, Zhenyi and Long Jie returned to Beijing. Since they had colorful ti even in the air, Zhenyi was sleeping on his shoulder.
Apparently, she was suffering from jet lag and lack of sleep.
And when she opened her eyes later, she realized that their car wasn't heading towards their ho but to a different route. Feeling her questioning gaze, he said, "We are going to Wei's. "
ilin and Long Wei welcod their baby boy a few months ago. Since they chose for ilin to give birth to their son abroad, they returned to their country just a few days ago.
"We didn't even bring any gifts for the baby," Zhenyi said to him. Although she was stingy, still she couldn't visit the baby for the first ti without any appropriate gift. In addition, she was the baby's elder aunt.
"We can give him gifts next ti we visit, "Long Jie said contrary to her beliefs. They were family. They don't need to behave so formally. Plus, these brothers never cared for formalities.
Since Long Jie was excited to et his nephew, she didn't say anything. It was another kind of joy to see twinkles in his eyes. Smiling at him, she said," I didn't know that you liked kids so much."
He cupped her face before leaving a tender kiss on the corner of her mouth. "Who doesn't like their family's kids? Yuan had been in the air, boasting that he got his first uncle-nephew picture. So, I thought why not throw him back on the land!"
Now that he had said that she recalled how good he was with Faye.
Zhenyi laughed. Of course, Long Yuan, the stupid and reckless Long could do sothing like that. He loved getting on everyone's nerves, especially hers.
"Shouldn't he be spending ti alone with his wife?" Zhenyi questioned him with furrowed brows a mont later. "What's he doing at Long Wei's house?"
"I heard Liu Shishi is preparing for her concert these days," Long Jie inford her. "They are doing fine if that's what you are asking."
Apparently, Long Yuan and Liu Shishi finally signed their marriage certificates, making a certain song happy to a great extent.
"Hubby, you and the boys do nothing but gossip on the internet all day. You guys need to find a real hobby," Zhenyi told him. No-one would believe her if she told them that her dangerous husband was caught gossiping with his other brothers many tis in the last few weeks. They certainly were planning sothing but Alas, they were not including her.
However, Long Jie didn't react to her cute complaint and just smiled mysteriously at her.
A few minutes later, the driver stopped the car at Long Wei's new mansion. Seeing the long trail of cars in the parking lot, Zhenyi asked her husband in confusion, "Are they holding a party or sothing?"
"ilin was excited about gathering all the cousins and friends but I didn't expect her to act so quickly," Long said, scratching his head. He should have known this given ilin's over-excited nature.
"Apparently, you underestimated the power and excitent of a new momma wanting to show off her baby," Zhenyi said while shaking her head.
Entering inside, they were welcod by the housekeeper who led them to the garden where a celebration was held. The garden was decorated with delightful balloons and beautiful flowers. Chairs and a long table were arranged on one side and food and drinks on the other.
In short, the decoration was lively and warm. Enough to make one smile and be comfortable.
"Hey!" The first one to notice them was Long Wei himself. He ca and hugged both of the newcors. Seeing their glistening tanned skin, he grinned, "How was the honeymoon?"
"So deceiving," Zhenyi muttered under her breath.
"Perfect," Long Jie replied to his cousin while kissing her cheek.
Understanding that Zhenyi must have discovered Long Jie's hidden intentions, Long Wei laughed, "You deserve this bro! To think he can deceive the tigress!"
Hugging and coaxing his wife, Long Jie threw a glare at him,'Unreliable brother!'
"Where is ilin?" Zhenyi asked Long Wei. That over-excited woman should have started singing praises of her son by now...but it seems she was missing.
"Oh, she is inside. Coaxing Jun to sleep," Long Wei inford them. His son was crying to sleep. So, his wife took him inside as it was his nap ti.
"Oh."
"Co, everyone is here. They were not sure if you guys would join us," Long We said, leading them to the other side.
"Ugh. Where is the alcohol?" Esma's voice was heard first? She was scanning the drink counter to find sothing to drink. But was left speechless when she found all kinds of juices and non-alcoholic drinks.
"Sister ilin said it's little Jun's party. So, we will not be getting alcohol to get drunk here," Sam answered, patting Esma's head.
"Damm, I just attended this little party for little Jun for free alcohol. Are you shitting , dude?" Esma burst out.
Sam nonchalantly passed a blue-colored jar before Esma and said in a very lazy tone, "200 bucks."
"Fuck…"
"300 bucks," Sam added imdiately.
Zhenyi turned her eyes to look at Long Wei in question.
With a sigh, he answered, "Anyone who cursed in this house would have to pay a hundred bucks per swear word."
"Poor Esma," Long Jie genuinely sympathized with Esma. Only he knew how tough it was for her to speak without cussing. It was next to impossible for Esma to spend the day without cursing.
Seems like soone is going to lose a lot of money...
While leaving, Long Wei said, "And yeah, Zhenyi, you need to take care of your best friend. He is getting too chummy with my wife. I'm afraid that he will end up stealing her from ."
Truly, the Long brothers were more than necessary overprotective and possessive of their won.
