"Not quite. But I have a proposition for you," He Xiang said. "If you're open to hearing it."
"Of course." She sat up.
" President Xin, Six months ago Long groups approached us with a proposal to buy the stakes of Air China. But due to so reasons, we couldn't finalize a deal. And a few days ago, after you approached us with such a tempting offer, they asked us to continue our deal but now if you are willing to work with the Long groups, we are more than willing to sell you the stakes. Of course, you will get 49% and long Groups will get the rest. President Long has no issue working with you. In fact, he was looking forward to it. " He Xiang said with a smile painting his aging face and she wondered why the hell old man was not dead yet. If he was dead, she wouldn't have to deal with such a difficult man.

She had not heard from him since the ti he left her in the corridor. Neither she had contacted him or his Assistant. She was his goddam Fiance, not a client.
He Xiang agreed to put everything in writing—that he wouldn't offer his shares to anyone else and the board agreed to do the sa. To work with Long Jie.
This was insane.
They couldn't even tolerate each other for a minute and working with him was almost next to impossible.
"He is insane." She spit her words at the CFO and her Secretary when they disconnected a few minutes later.
" Are you going to speak or continue sitting like a statue? " she exhaled her patience thinning. Though her words were sharp, They were used to it. Jin Cheng was a bloody piece of ice. The man had the sa expression on his face for as long as she could rember. she had never seen him showing any emotion.
It's why she'd yet to replace him in the five years he had worked for her.
"It's a power move," he says, eyes pointed and focused as usual. The man knew his shit well. He could make millions out of few thousand.
"Very well ." She clenched her jaw. "So what do you propose?"
He turned towards her and asked in a very business-like tone. "President Xin, It depends on how badly you want this deal?"
"Do I even have to answer that?"
He pressed his lips in a starting line and nodded.
" Long Groups are not bad to work with. In fact, the deal with long groups may help us to get rid of rumors in the market. Moreover, It will be good for our share prices"
she contemplated for a mont before signaling Lu Xinyi to get the room empty except for her and Jin Cheng.
Long Jie might be a difficult man but she had to agree he was an intelligent businessman and working with long groups would be beneficial for her.
She smiled at the two persons standing in front of her. She was going to work with her very fiance and She had a plan set in mind.
"All right, the deal is happening. Lu Xinyi, fix a eting with Long Jie. Get the Xiang's sign the acquisition papers and inform them we will be having a face to face eting soon after I et with Long Jie personally"
"President Xin, President Long had a reputation of not eting personally. His assistant handles almost every acquisition and takeover eting" Lu Xinyi said. She smiled inwardly, well he would definitely co himself. She had a feeling ,she will be eting him very soon.
"Don't worry, he will", Zhenyi replied with a mysterious smile.
"And if he doesn't?" Lu Xinyi asked carefully. She knew Li xinyi was in dilemma, if he did not co her job would be in jeopardy.
" Then we make sure he cos or I will go to him," Zhenyi said because she wanted Air China eting him was inevitable and for the first ti she was very much looking forward to their eting.
