It seed like many of the things about this residence had changed, why wouldn't it be, when the man only took a second to change his own soul then why couldn't a house make up of bricks and stone change? There was nothing holy about this place anymore like it was many years ago.
Tang Yuzhang had never thought that a woman as wild and unbridled as Tang Reine could make a ho as she made with Xin Yichen. It was a shock to the Tang family too, but he was so used to living with her that these shocks didn't shock him anymore.

Xin Yichen's lips twitched. He hadn't changed at all except a few of his gray hair transford into silver on his head, indicating his real age. They have grown old. Sigh.
Tang Yuzhang bowed to Zhenyi too. She was busy assessing him.
"I wonder what brought the mighty Tang Yuzhang to my humble abode." Sarcasm dripped from Xin Yichen's words, but the other man chose to ignore it.
"Welco ho, Master Yichen." Tang Yuzhang was not the one to hold back either.
Of course, Xin Yichen returned to China after so many years.
Xin Yichen narrowed his eyes at him, but Zhenyi was slightly amused. Well, matters relating to her mother always end up amusing here these days. She shut down the thoughts that ca with Tang Reine's na. It was not the ti to dwell in guilt and remorse.
"Well, my mistress had planned sothing for the Master. She had given it to years ago and said that if sothing happened to her, I have to give it to you. She had arranged everything, Master Yichen, you are supposed to follow it according to my mistress's wishes."
Xin Yichen was seething. If sothing happened to her. She knew all along she was dying. Of course, she would, given her actions. But she didn't think about him for a mont, and now her letter ca years later after her death. He was so angry and hurt right now that he couldn't think straight.
Tang Yuzhang passed the scroll containing the letter to Xin Yichen, but his hands were trembling as the letter slipped from his hands, Zhenyi caught the letter in a swift movent.
"I hope Mr. Tang won't mind if I read it for my father?" Zhenyi cast a look at Tang Yuzhang who found himself at the young girl's sharp tongue. What else was he expecting from Tang Reine's child?
"Go ahead."
