“Seems like your team isn’t quite up to par. How about this—I’ll have HR demote them and set you up with fresh new assistants. How does that sound?”
“Whichever person or step went wrong, we need to figure it out. If they did neglect their duties, then naturally, a demotion is warranted.” Fu Er’s smile turned a bit stiff, and at so point, his arm had dropped away.
Ye Ranran knew when to stop: “All right then. If you run into any trouble in this area, just let know, and I’ll make a call to smooth things over.”
