Chapter 1417: Chapter 1340: Reunion
“Alright, I’ll go.”
The three decided to hit a nearby bar to have a couple of drinks, to drink if they wanted to drink, to seek a romantic encounter if desired, or to find a one-night stand if that was what they were after.
A bar really is a good place.
Jun Mochan sat at the bar, silently drinking. His striking appearance drew glances from those around him, with the timid sending over furtive looks.
But it was as if he could not see them at all, only keeping his head down drinking.

Ye Ranran entered from the entrance of the bar. She scanned the room and not spotting any familiar figures, she could only make a call: “Tang Sheng, where are you guys?”

Ye Ranran strode over, her high heels clacking as she moved swiftly, almost reaching Tang Sheng in just a few steps.
Jun Mochan thought he heard a familiar voice in a trance. He looked towards the entrance to see nothing there but emptiness.
He scoffed at himself, thinking he was hearing things again.
Tang Sheng took out the dicine and placed it in her hand: “Hold onto this, don’t lose it.”

She walked past Jun Mochan without a sideways glance.
Jun Mochan took another drink and inadvertently looked up to see a familiar figure. He doubted he was dreaming, just watching with wide eyes as she passed by him.
It wasn’t until she was almost out of sight that he reacted, quickly chasing after her.
But on the bustling street, where was the figure of the beautiful woman to be found?
Zhou Xian and Chu Ji saw Jun Mochan run off and quickly pushed away the won clinging to them to give chase.
“Mo Han, what’s wrong?” Zhou Xian asked in bewildernt.
“I saw Ranran.” Jun Mochan looked around: “Quick, help look for her.”
“Are you seeing things?” Chu Ji hesitated.
In the beginning, he would often have hallucinations of Ye Ranran, and it was only this last year that it had gotten a little better.
“No, I’m certain. She walked right past . I just watched her go by, and I didn’t even hold onto her.” Pain was etched all over Jun Mochan’s face.

His trousers and the hem of his shirt were stained red. He ran towards her but only managed to grab a piece of torn cloth.
