Chapter 1363: Chapter 1286: A Fool with Too Much Money
The person nodded, as if to say, how did you know I was going to say sothing? How did you articulate what was on my mind?
Ye Ranran tapped his head: “Even if you lie, at least find a better excuse; this one is so cliché.”
“I’m really not lying,” the person wailed.
Just then, Jun Mochan ca back carrying soone. Seeing the person by the car, his eyes narrowed slightly: “And who is this?”
“One that slipped through the net,” Ye Ranran said nonchalantly.
Jun Mochan’s heart skipped a beat, and a surge of murderous intent flickered in his eyes: “He didn’t do anything to you, did he?”
“I’m standing here in one piece, what could he have possibly done to ?” Ye Ranran chided him for making a fuss over nothing.
“Mm, hand him over to ,” Jun Mochan gestured for her to sit inside the car.
Seeing Jun Mochan’s darkened expression, Ye Ranran found it difficult to argue. She had just opened the car door when she felt sothing tugging at the hem of her clothes. Before she could turn around, a scream ca from behind.
“Ah.”
She quickly turned back and saw an ordinary-looking young man who seed sowhat familiar.
Just as she was about to take a closer look, the young man managed to say with difficulty: “Miss, my crab.”
Ye Ranran suddenly realized why he seed familiar and it all made sense now.
Glancing at the man’s groin area, Ye Ranran was full of apologies: “I’m sorry, I can’t return it to you now. I’ll give you so money instead.”
She took her purse from the car, pulled out her wallet, and handed over a stack of cash without counting it: “Take this, if there’s extra, use it for dical treatnt.”
Such easy money made the man’s eyes sparkle. Just as he was about to extort a bit more, Jun Mochan’s chilling voice ca: “Take the money and scram, or don’t bla for being unkind.”
The voice was intimidating enough that the man didn’t dare to say another word, grabbing the money and scampering off.
As for the man who had his privates pinched by the crab and was trying to sneak away, Jun Mochan kicked him over.
He ended up kneeling on the ground with a thud.
“Did I say you could leave?” Jun Mochan looked fiercely at the man.
Ye Ranran shook her head, thinking how foolish it was to try to escape in front of Jun Mochan.
“Please let go, I didn’t do it on purpose,” the man begged.
Jun Mochan was unimpressed, picked him up, and handed him over to the police inside.
It seed like a long delay, but in reality, it was less than half an hour.
Sitting in the car, Ye Ranran asked, “Aren’t you staying behind?”
Such a great achievent, and without him being there at the scene, he would miss out on the credit.
“I’ll take you ho first,” Jun Mochan turned the car around, heading towards Yi Ju.
Ye Ranran looked out at the scenery: “What do you plan to do with that guy from earlier?”
She didn’t ntion she could go back on her own anymore; since he was worried, she might as well let him take her ho.
“Check out the situation first; if it’s his first offense, let him go,” Jun Mochan’s eyes fixed on the road ahead.
A relieved smile hung on Ye Ranran’s lips, tinged with a bit of sha.
Setting aside his identity as the young master of the Jun family, Jun Mochan was also managing a huge company, and he probably had much more experience dealing with these matters than she did.
She had misjudged him, thinking too little of his character.
“But I didn’t expect madam to be so generous,” he remarked as she took out money from her wallet and stuffed it into the other person’s hands without a second glance.
Ye Ranran wasn’t stingy, but she wasn’t usually that generous.
She was generally self-reliant and would only use his card if necessary, which he never stopped her from doing.
