"Speak." The deep voice on the other end was like a muffled thunder striking Ye Ranran’s heart, making her feel slightly breathless.

"I’m on my way back, don’t worry, I’ll be there soon." Ye Ranran took a deep breath, trying to steady her voice.

Jun Mochan didn’t speak again, but he didn’t hang up the phone until he heard the sound of a car outside.

He stood under the tree, the street light casting down on him, making his figure appear even more slender and his facial features as if painted, but his face was filled with worry and concern, pulling him down from the heavens to the mortal world.

He was just an ordinary man, worried about his wife.

Not as aloof as others imagined, nor as unworldly.

As soon as she got out of the car, before the door was even closed, Ye Ranran was embraced tightly in his arms.

He slamd the car door shut, then scooped Ye Ranran up in a princess carry and walked up the stairs.

About five minutes later, One finally left.

Jun Mochan really wanted to teach Ye Ranran a lesson, but when he finally set her down, he did so gently.

Ye Ranran rolled on the spot, rolling inward.

"Get over here." Jun Mochan yanked the blanket, pulling Ye Ranran all the way in front of him.

He was truly driven mad by her, showing his roughest side.

It had been a long ti since he had been like this, congratulations to her, she had successfully unleashed the wildest side deep within his bones.

Seeing his ferocious expression, Ye Ranran carefully watched him, her pitiful, soggy eyes resembling those of an abandoned puppy.

Jun Mochan suddenly softened again.

He despised himself, truly an incorrigible fool.

Just one look from her, and he surrendered, that was all the spirit he had.

"Don’t be angry, I was wrong." Ye Ranran, unable to withstand his gaze, admitted her fault proactively.

"Wrong? What did you do wrong?"

Ye Ranran couldn’t answer, only lowering her head and fiddling with her nails.

Looking at her black crown of hair, the anger that Jun Mochan had just suppressed surged up again like a tide, growing more and more violent, threatening to engulf him completely.

"Can’t say it? Do you think you did nothing wrong?"

"I was wrong, I shouldn’t have made you worry."

"What did you promise last ti?" Jun Mochan’s eyes were deep as the sea, flickering with a dark glimr, like an unfathomable black hole.

"I will definitely tell you next ti."

"And what did you do this ti?"

She didn’t expect him to co back, he had important things to handle, and besides, it was so late, he usually wouldn’t stay here until the next morning.

Who knew tonight would be an exception?

Ye Ranran felt she really wasn’t cut out for doing sneaky things, every ti getting caught, and always by the sa person.

"What? Don’t want to see ?" Jun Mochan lifted her chin, forcing her to face him.

"I didn’t an that." Ye Ranran pushed his hand away.

Seeing the grievance on her face, Jun Mochan sighed, he scooped her up, blanket and all, into his arms: "I worry a lot when I can’t see you, do you know that?"

"I don’t know." Ye Ranran turned her face away, refusing to look at him.

"Ranran." Jun Mochan emphasized his tone.

"You won’t let go out, I tell you, you definitely won’t allow to go, and besides, I tell you everything, but you don’t tell everything."

She didn’t intend to hide it from him on purpose, just that if she told him she was going out, he surely wouldn’t allow it, she had no choice but to resort to these asures.

"I do that for your own good..."
