"Bearer of the Kareidoblood lineage, Akatsuki Reina - unleash the chains that bind you! Co forth, Spear of Gold (Hasta Aurum)!"

Reina shouted with force, and in the sa mont, a golden bolt of lightning ignited in her hand, rapidly condensing into a brilliant spear identical to the one Touka wields-Sekkarō.

Kojou looked at her with interest, a faint smile tugging at his lips as he watched her perfectly honed combat stance.

"Looks like your fighting style is identical to Touka's..." he said with a voice caught sowhere between observation and surprise, before raising his right hand. "In that case... allow to fight using a weapon as well."

The mont he finished speaking, the color of his right hand began to turn pitch-black, streaked with pulsating crimson lines like burning veins. Bloody vapor rose slowly from the tips of his fingers-an on that his side of the battle was about to begin.

"I, Akatsuki Kojou, successor to the blood of Kaleid Blood, now release your constraints. Co... Seventh Familiar: Kiffa-Ater!"

As he spoke, a jet-black sword materialized in his hand, extending from his grip like a three-pronged spear, lined with dark golden edges that reflected a sinister glow.

In its true form, the sword reached a length of one hundred ters, but Kojou controlled its size effortlessly-folding and compressing it until it fit his human form without losing any of its weight or majesty.

And this weapon was not rely forged steel...

It carried a unique ability: the power to manipulate gravity itself, bending the very laws of the world according to the wielder's will.

In truth, Kojou always preferred using Venuzdonoa when it ca to sword combat-because that blade wasn't just a weapon; it was a part

of him. Familiar, instinctive... as if it were an extension of his soul.

But Venuzdonoa was far too dangerous-far beyond the realm of reason. A sword capable of destroying the world, concepts, and even the system itself with the release of its true power.

And though Reina was his daughter-one he loved in a way he had never felt before-he wasn't willing to gamble her life, even if she possessed trendous power.

So this ti, he chose Kiffa-Ater.

It was still powerful and terrifying in its own right, but unlike Venuzdonoa, it could not kill Reina. She carried the Curse of Immortality inherited from him. Venuzdonoa, however... rendered that curse aningless. Nothing could endure its existence.

"Are you ready, Reina?"

Kojou asked with a light smile, though the fierce glow of combat burning behind that calm expression was unmistakable.

No matter how he tried to hide it... it was clear that he was sothing of a battle addict.

"Of course!"

Reina shouted, her smile almost identical to his-her enthusiasm for battle no less than his... perhaps even greater.

"...Really? Now?"

Moegi sighed deeply when she saw the gleam of battle-crazed excitent in both their eyes. She took two steps back, then two more, putting as much distance as possible while muttering in silent despair-praying her entire digital world wouldn't be obliterated by these two.

A heavy silence fell for a few seconds-

the silence before the storm.

Reina stood firmly, her golden spear glowing like a miniature sun

trapped within its edge. On the opposite side, Kojou tightened his grip on Kiffa-Ater, the blade sending out faint gravitational ripples that made the air bend around it.

Each

their weapon.

A golden spark in Reina's hand.

A breathing black aura from Kojou's sword.

Their eyes t-not with hostility, but with a pure desire to test each other's strength. A desire only understood by those born with

battle-thirst in their blood.

Then-

Reina vanished.

Her body flashed forward like a bolt of golden lightning, the ground beneath her cracking for a split second before snapping back into place. At the sa mont, Kojou disappeared as well, leaving behind shattered shadows on the floor.

Spear struck sword.

An explosion of light and darkness ripped through the center of the digital arena, turning the ground around them into a mosaic of

fragnted data shards.

From afar, Moegi scread:

"No-! This isn't a training field! It's an entire world!!"

But no one was listening.

Spear and gravity clashed with gold and lightning in a swirling storm

of force, each strike unleashing a shockwave that shook the very

fabric of existence.

The spear thrust in straight lines of radiant light,

While the sword bent the path itself—

curving attacks, dragging space, twisting the direction of the blow

before it even completed.

Reina smiled as she launched a swift side strike:

"Dad... don't hold back!"

Kojou smiled too-

that dangerous smile that always ca before a disaster:

"You started this."

Their power rose together-

Gold and light on one side,

Blackness and gravity on the other.

With every passing second, Moegi's digital world scread for rcy.

And the fight still hadn't truly begun...

Everything so far was just a warm-up.

Even though watching Reina get smacked around by Kojou-kun is entertaining on its own... destroying the entire digital space isn't worth it, Moegi thought as explosions danced around them, regret slowly seeping in. She had spent years building this digital world-and all this... just because she wanted so entertainnt?

Oh God... why did I provoke them in the first place?

She muttered to herself, biting her lip anxiously.

I wonder... can Lala-san fix it once we return to the future?

The mont she thought of that pink-haired ball of chaotic genius- one of her father's wives-a shiver ran down her spine. Yes, Lala could

fix anything... perhaps even make it better.

The problem wasn't her capability...

but the outco of her capability.

Because with all her genius ca a predictable pattern-explosions, reality glitches, or creatures that shouldn't exist. And honestly, Moegi

wasn't sure whether the digital world would be repaired... or suddenly turn into a sentient spaceship.

As for Asagi-her mother-that option was entirely unusable.

Sadly... Mom has zero experience in this kind of thing...

And yet, for a mont, she wished her mother did have a solution. It

would be far less terrifying than relying on Lala.

Then sothing popped into her mind-

A word.

Or rather, a warning Lala had given them before traveling back in

ti. The instant she rembered it, Moegi's face turned bright red-

like a ripe tomato placed over a stove.

Kojou-kun has to et Lala-san in this tiline...

This is bad... very bad...

Because her father... wasn't just a man who enjoyed life.

He was a legendary womanizer.

A man who had-without exaggeration-dozens of wives.

And so... were so complicated in their family ties that rely

ntioning them caused headaches.

For instance, Lala, Nana, and Momo-the three sisters-were all his

wives.

But he did not stop there...

Even their mother, Sephie, ended up in his harem as well.

And that was only a portion of the list.

During his countless cosmic journeys, an unbelievable number of

won had fallen for him, many choosing to be part of his life

willingly.

If you combined all of them?

The number wouldn't just be high....

It would be mythical.

Moegi-now imagining that inevitable first eting-covered her face with both hands and whispered in despair:

"Please... not now... not before I return to the future..." And the mont she rembered Tsurara's possible reaction... a

surge of pure dread washed over her.

For Tsurara wasn't an ordinary daughter; she was the eldest daughter of Kojou and Aya... and everyone-the entire universe, practically-

knew she felt toward him the emotions of a woman, not a daughter. Emotions of... ownership.

Her gaze was terrifying whenever another woman approached Kojou,

as though a killing spark was about to explode behind her icy eyes.

Worse yet... her reason for coming to this tiline wasn't to help or support- But to declare her claim over her father openly.

The re thought that Tsurara might see won surrounding Kojou

here...

Was enough to send a violent shiver down Moegi's spine.

Because when Tsurara lost control due to jealously or rage...

She didn't cry.

She didn't scream.

She didn't break a room or a city.

She destroyed... planets.

She had already obliterated multiple planets in the past during her fits

of anger, and many civilizations still whispered her na to this day,

as though it were taboo.

And Tsurara wasn't the only one of Kojou's daughters who harbored a woman's feelings for him, not a daughter's...

But the difference was that the others were calm-more capable of

suppressing those emotions, or at least pretending they didn't exist. Tsurara, however...

Did not the aning of restraint.

Her emotions were clear, sharp, and fierce as a blade-expressed without sha, without fear, and without any regard for the world

around her.

As for the others... their glances, their smiles, or their long silences

revealed much, but none dared voice their hearts as boldly as Tsurara

did.

Even so... Nobody could deny the truth:

Those emotions existed-deep, complex, forbidden-

but entirely real.
