"Since you’re unwilling to negotiate, Ian, I’ll just be blunt."

Tristan Rowe said seriously, slowly: "I want you to give up the bid for the land in Area B—"

Ian Rowe heard this and snorted coldly, as if he had heard sothing very amusing. His gaze gradually turned icy: "Uncle, you’re quite interesting. What grounds do you have for asking to give up?"

The smile on Tristan Rowe’s face had disappeared at so point: "This is my advice to you, Ian. This bid is destined for ."

"Uncle, with age cos confidence," Ian joked, but his tone was cold.

"This bid isn’t the beginning nor the end; sooner or later..." Tristan Rowe suddenly stopped, but Ian probably understood what he ant.

Ian’s deanor remained as indifferent as ever, revealing no emotions. He said plainly, "The Rowe Family raised you, but you’re constantly opposing us. Isn’t that rather inappropriate?"

"Inappropriate?" Tristan Rowe suddenly laughed at sothing he heard: "I only know the cycle of cause and effect, the survival of the fittest! Everything I’m doing now is perfectly reasonable, not one bit inappropriate!!"

Ian slowly raised his gaze to look at Tristan Rowe, a look that grew colder inch by inch.

Maya Monroe walked into the recording room with a backpack.

Compared to the glamorous celebrities around, Maya still wore pants and a shirt, with a fabric bag in her hand that was nothing special besides its price.

"Welco to our fourth guest—Maya Monroe! Long ti no see, Maya, please have a seat."

"Long ti no see."

Maya glanced at the host on stage. The host was still dressed in that exaggerated, eye-catching outfit, colorful and dazzling.

Maya sat down at the far edge.

As a popular contestant on the show, Maya’s appearance sparked a lot of buzz.

[Fefe: Ahhhhhh, Maya, I’m here!]

[MayaFan: It’s another day of crazy support for Maya!]

[OutofthewaterFrog: Looking forward to Maya’s performance.]

...

"You look like you’re dressed very lightly. Aren’t you cold?"

Upon hearing this, Maya looked towards the person beside her.

She paused slightly: "You dyed your hair?"

Miles Wallace nodded: "A few days ago, for a stage effect. The color won’t last long."

His originally light golden hair had turned to a silk-like black, making his face even paler and adding a mysterious aura.

Maya earnestly praised: "Black hair looks good too."

Miles’s ears turned red, and he stamred: "...Thank you."

[ReallyHardToWrite: Miles is actually shy; turns out he’s just an ordinary guy at heart!]

[TheSkyIsBlue: Just like Julian, Miles probably really likes big sister Maya, right?]

[IWantToSleepIn: Ahhhhhhh I’m so jealous!]

[CaringSis: No need for jealousy, those who know Miles know this kid is actually quite reclusive and lacks a sense of security. After Maya rescued Miles last ti, he’s been rather attached to her, which is understandable. After all, Maya does make people feel safe!]

[HasMayaSlackedToday: No need to call her "big sister," Maya is just a 24-year-old beauty this year (though she’ll forever be 18 in my heart, no objections accepted); I agree with the opinion above, let Maya shine alone!]

...

The host was still smiling widely, picking up the script in his hand: "I’m so happy to see all the regular guests again! I’ve always believed that we et because of fate, so it seems our destiny runs deep, especially since we’ve been together for nine episodes. Besides excitent, there’s a stronger feeling of sadness..."

He paused: "Everyone should know this is our last recorded episode."

The host’s gaze swept across the audience, looking at each guest’s face: "Having spent nine episodes together, I believe all of you feel reluctant, just like I do."

Quite a few people below let out a breath of relief since they’ve suffered quite a lot during this show.

The most relieved was Justin Morgan. He gained quite a bit of popularity after participating in the show, but all of it was infamously bad publicity.

Being in a career upswing and maintaining an idol boyfriend image, bad reputation can greatly impact his career. Plenty of netizens even analyzed his acting skills, mocking him harshly.

Having signed the contract, Justin couldn’t quit halfway, but now he finally saw hope.

Though thinking this way, he did his best to maintain appearances: "Can’t believe it’s already the last episode, I still rember how we were in the wild last ti; wonder where we’ll be this ti?"

Jamie Miller also spoke up: "Having been in the show for so many episodes, I’ve truly experienced the ups and downs, I’m feeling a bit emotional..."

The other guests also expressed their reluctant feelings.

Maya didn’t join in; she genuinely disliked participating in this show, so its end was exactly what she wanted.

The host said with a smile: "I didn’t expect everyone to be this emotional, seems it’s my fault for stirring such sorrowful sentints."

"Well then, let’s talk about sothing happy. Welco our new friend, our special guest for this episode—Kiki Monroe! Let’s welco her!"

Maya slightly raised her eyebrows, her gaze directed forward.

Amidst a round of applause, Kiki Monroe slowly appeared in everyone’s sight. She wore a pure white dress, delicate as a gardenia on a branch.

Kiki Monroe had a smile on her lips, only pausing slightly on Maya before her smile curved sweetly again.

"Hello everyone, I’m Kiki. I’m honored to participate in the sa program with everyone. Over the next three days, I hope to get along well with everyone!"

"It might not be just three days~" the host joked.

Kiki blushed.

"Next, let’s invite our sixth guest to take their seat."

As soon as Kiki stepped off the stage, Justin Morgan eagerly motioned her over: "Co, Kiki, sit beside ; there’s an empty seat next to !"

Jessica Young, who’s never gotten along with Justin Morgan, sarcastically comnted: "Never seen you act so gentlemanly before, guess you can’t resist when you see a beauty."

Justin Morgan’s face darkened, glaring at Jessica Young.

Jessica Young had indeed pinpointed his thoughts. Part of the reason he wanted Kiki to sit beside him was the empty seat next to him felt awkward, and also because Kiki’s looks matched his aesthetic.

A delicate lotus flower, provoking one’s protective instincts.

"Kiki, don’t listen to him rambling. Quickly sit down."

Kiki smiled softly, her eyes like they contained water: "Thank you, brother."

Justin Morgan was utterly delighted by the "brother" address, becoming even more enthusiastic: "Quickly sit, sit, there are drinks here, co, have one!"

[FoodieHere: Sohow feels a bit shady...]

[aaa: I feel it too...]
