With so many viewers watching, Alisa Shelby didn’t want to argue with them. After all, she, alone, couldn’t stand against three people.

Her long hair draped over her shoulders, and she slightly parted her lips, showing a surprised expression: "Is that so? Then it’s because I didn’t understand enough, so I misunderstood Maya Monroe."

"Alisa, you should apologize to Maya."

"I apologize?"

Julian Caldwell had a serious expression: "When you say sothing wrong, you should apologize, shouldn’t you? If people who don’t know Maya heard it, it would damage Maya’s reputation."

Maya looked in Julian’s direction. She vaguely rembered him as a mber of the FREE boy band, but why was he defending her? They weren’t even familiar with each other.

Noticing the goddess’s gaze, Julian’s face turned red, and his voice beca a bit firr: "Alisa, please apologize to Maya."

Alisa Shelby tugged at the corner of her mouth: "I think it’s enough to clear up the misunderstanding. Soone as generous as Maya surely won’t care, right?"

"What a coincidence, I’m actually a petty person, so just apologize."

A lazy voice sounded.

Maya admitted that she was a bit bored, but she couldn’t stand hearing people praise her, especially when it was so insincere.

"I’m really sorry... Maya."

Alisa Shelby bent down, seemingly very polite, but no one could see her facial expression.

Brian Bennett and Bella Sanford were also taken aback by the unexpected turn of events in front of them.

Having done so many episodes of the show, even when there were clashes, they were usually not very obvious, as variety show effects are very important, and everyone wants to portray a good image. But it’s their first ti witnessing such blatant confrontation, tearing all pretenses apart.

Brian Bennett chuckled a few tis: "It seems that the way our guests communicate is quite interesting. There’s a saying, ’no fight, no friendship,’ which is quite apt here."

Bella Sanford also said: "I’m getting more excited about the upcoming gas, but... it seems like Julian really likes Maya. Are the two of them close in private?"

She casually introduced another topic.

Julian scratched his ear, looking gentle and delicate: "I... Maya is my goddess!"

His eyes sparkled brightly.

Maya raised an eyebrow slightly.

The storyline doesn’t have much description of FREE, and Julian’s influence on the plot is probably minimal.

Yet, she was a bit curious about what kind of person would like an arrogant villain?

Brian Bennett had a surprised look: "I hadn’t heard that before. I didn’t expect to find out such incredible news in this episode!"

Julian looked a bit uneasy: "Actually, I’ve admired Maya for a long ti..."

Bella Sanford added: "So, our show actually provided Julian with the opportunity to be close to his goddess!"

Brian Bennett and Bella Sanford shifted the topic again, and everyone laughed and chatted, and the earlier interruption was not ntioned again.

Later, there was an upgraded version of the "Carrot Squat" ga, but Kiki Monroe and Alisa Shelby didn’t bother Maya anymore.

After three rounds, Brian Bennett raised the microphone: "Our first ga, ’Upgraded Carrot Squat,’ has officially ended!"

He began clapping: "Thank you all for bringing us such a great gaming experience."

Bella Sanford clapped and said with a smile: "Now, let’s announce the results of the team competition."

The audience cheered once again, loudly shouting their favorite stars’ nas.

The screen’s red and yellow fonts refreshed for the last ti.

10:11

The Yellow team led by one point, winning the "Upgraded Carrot Squat" ga.

The Yellow team’s cheers rang out, while the Red team looked a bit dejected.

Of course, the dejected guests didn’t include Maya, who squinted slightly to look at the big screen and then saw the Red team excitedly hugging each other.

Maya propped her chin with one hand, watching the lively scene for a mont.

Leo Lancaster, standing next to her, said: "We lost, are you sad, Maya?"

His gaze was sowhat complex.

In Leo’s mory, Maya had always been a competitive little girl who wanted to do everything the best, even if it was just a simple ga. She couldn’t let it go.

Maya glanced at him: "Not sad at all."

Why would she be? There’s no way the team opposing the main character would win.

A one-point gap wasn’t bad luck for them; after all, they weren’t completely crushed by the main character’s team.

Leo carefully observed her face and only retracted his gaze when he confird she truly didn’t care.

For so reason, he suddenly breathed a sigh of relief.

Leo could feel the changes in Maya; they weren’t subtle ones. He attributed them to the natural growth everyone experiences.

He liked her growth because she was becoming a more perfect version of herself. Although he would like her even if she didn’t grow.

Every ti he approached her, Leo would secretly chide himself.

He didn’t know when it started, but those vague, dirty thoughts beca more pronounced, harder to hide, and desperately yearned to break free.

Leo lowered his gaze and took a step away from Maya.

Bella Sanford sighed: "I didn’t expect our Red team to lose, but it’s okay, winning and losing are just part of the ga. We’ll definitely win the next round!"

Brian Bennett teased her: "Winning and losing are part of the ga? Since when have you beco so eloquent?"

Bella Sanford angrily tried to hit him. She took a walk around the stage: "Who are you looking down on! Just wait for the next ga, our Red team will definitely win the final victory!"

Brian Bennett turned to the audience: "Next, we’re about to start our second ga..."

Just as he was about to speak, he suddenly paused with a playful grin: "Can you guess what it is?"

Jas Wallace asked: "Is it charades? Or maybe a blindfold challenge?"

Bella Sanford laughed and gave Brian Bennett a playful slap: "Why are you teasing at this point? Can’t you see the audience is eagerly waiting?"

Brian Bennett laughed, raising his voice: "Next up is the ’Strange Flavor Food’ challenge that terrifies many of our guests!!"

The "Strange Flavor Food" challenge isn’t appearing for the first ti, but every ti it does, it successfully terrifies the guests.

In the mont you lift the cover, you never know what kind of food you’ll get. Every ti this ga is played, many guests react with physical revulsion.

Many guests end up with "peculiar" foods, leaving them with haunting psychological scars.

From the mont "Strange Flavor Food" was ntioned, everyone’s expression beca a bit complex.

Julian barely managed to maintain his smile: "Is it the ’Strange Flavor Food’ I’m thinking of?"
