"Eh~"

After swimming forward for a little longer, Lin Yang spotted a sowhat odd location.

It was a crevice in the reef, which was difficult to see into due to the light, but several tentacles were extending outward and were gently swaying from side to side with the current.

Tentacles? Could it be...

Lin Yang checked his condition and felt he could hold his breath in the sea for quite a while longer, so he swam toward the reef crevice.

Upon closer inspection, he found a lobster lurking there, either lying in wait for prey or resting inside.

But today, it had the misfortune of encountering him.

The lobster hiding within the crevice stayed quiet, and even as Lin Yang stealthily approached, it remained indifferent, completely unaware of the impending danger.

The mont was fleeting, and once close enough, he suddenly sprang into action. With one hand steadying his body in the water, his other "greedy hand" swiftly reached towards the lobster inside the crevice.

Perhaps it was his hand disturbing the water that alerted the lurking lobster to the danger. Just as it was about to make an escape by shooting backward, Lin Yang was one step ahead and firmly caught its tentacles.

Its frantic attempts to flee caused Lin Yang’s hand to sting, yet it couldn’t break free at all.

This was a big lobster, probably weighing several pounds!

If it had been soone else coming at it empty-handed, they might have let it escape, but he wasn’t just anyone. Despite the lobster’s violent struggles, it still couldn’t get away.

After gaining control of the big lobster, Lin Yang stuffed it into his net bag and tightened the drawstring at the opening.

A big lobster isn’t a slow-moving creature like a sea cucumber; without restrictions, it might slip away when you least expect it.

Having secured the big lobster, Lin Yang continued onward.

Not long after, he spotted the traces of another lobster in a reef crevice.

And this ti, there were two!

He crept up quietly and planned to catch both lobsters at the sa ti.

Unfortunately, one of the lobsters was quite cunning and slipped away as he approached.

In the end, he only managed to catch one of them.

After all the exertion, Lin Yang was running low on breath-holding ti and quickly swam to the surface to breathe.

He placed the prey he had caught onto the boat and took a short rest to regain his composure. Then, he dove back into the sea.

This ti, Lin Yang didn’t bring a spear gun with him because he had seen a few sea snails on the way, but due to the limited space in his net bag, he hadn’t collected them.

Lin Yang planned to go back down, gather them up, and then take the spear gun for hunting.

Cat’s Eye Snail, Bull’s Eye Snail, Spicy Snail, Conch...

Oh shoot, a Chicken Heart Snail! Better stay away from that. Ti to get out of here.

As Lin Yang was engrossed in collecting sea snails, he suddenly spotted sothing special, a Chicken Heart Snail!

One must never ss with a Chicken Heart Snail; the farther away, the better.

As the na suggests, a Chicken Heart Snail looks like a chicken heart. Its mouth harbors a sharp, venomous tooth that secretes potent poison, attacking the human nervous system. The venom from one Chicken Heart Snail is strong enough to kill ten people.

However, this creature moves slowly, and generally, unless you intentionally touch it, it won’t harm you.

Lin Yang passed by the Chicken Heart Snail and continued searching for other prey.

All sorts of sea snails, of various shapes and colors, lobsters, sea cucumbers, trumpet shrimp, even sea urchins.

It had to be said that the resources here were spectacular. Living in such a place, one would likely never worry about seafood for life.

After scouring the nearby area for various seafood, Lin Yang returned to the boat.

After a short rest, he took his spear gun and dove back into the sea.

While scuba diving earlier, Lin Yang had noticed that the Big Grouper he’d seen earlier was still lingering in the vicinity, not having left.

Given that, he naturally had no reason to let it go.

After stringing the fishing arrow on the spear gun, Lin Yang swam toward the Big Grouper’s location.

Soon enough, he saw the Big Grouper leisurely swimming through the corals.

At that mont, the Big Grouper, not knowing whether it was just wandering or doing sothing else, was swimming in a small area, looking content and entirely unaware that danger was stealthily approaching.

When he got close enough to maximize the lethality of the spear gun, Lin Yang stopped moving forward, raised the gun, took aim, and pulled the trigger!

"Bang~"

After a faint sound of an explosion, the arrow from the spear gun shot out, speeding directly towards the Big Grouper.

The arrow moved so quickly that before the Big Grouper could react, it was pierced straight through, the arrow firmly lodging into the coral reef.

The Big Grouper’s frantic efforts were futile; it couldn’t free itself at all.

Perhaps the arrow had hit a vital spot because after so struggle, the Big Grouper gradually stopped moving and seed to be dead.

A perfect shot!

With the Big Grouper’s movent restricted and its life hanging in the balance, Lin Yang quickly swam over, pulled the arrow out from the coral reef, and with the Big Grouper and the arrow in tow, headed for the surface.

So creatures are quite cunning and might feign death to avoid danger.
