After reaching the first campsite, one glance revealed that it was a very orderly site.
There were roughly twenty log cabins of various sizes around the campsite, and the surrounding area had been mostly cleared of weeds and shrubs. There was a fence about as tall as a person at the periter, and looking out from the campsite, one could faintly see a river.
Victor said, "After such a journey, you must be exhausted, right? Let first take you to choose a room that you like. Tina has prepared hot water for you so you can take a hot bath to relax."
Before Lin Yang could respond, a very beautiful Russian woman ca out of a cabin.
This lady had blonde hair, long legs, pale skin, a prominent nose, and very distinct facial features. Judging by her beauty and figure alone, she could rival those beautified and surgically enhanced internet celebrities.
The beauty approached them with a very enthusiastic expression.
"Hello, who is this?" Lin Yang asked politely, turning to Victor.
"This is Tina, Ivan’s sister. She just graduated from university last year and is currently helping out at the camp."
"Oh, hello Tina, I’m Lin Yang, and this is my assistant Yue’er," Lin Yang greeted her again.
Victor shook his head, "Tina doesn’t understand Chinese, but she knows a bit of English."
Lin Yang introduced himself again in English, and after a brief exchange, they were acquainted.
Next, Uncle Victor led the two to choose their favored rooms in the log cabins.
The cabins looked quite simple from the outside, but the rooms inside were very clean, made of solid wood with interior birch bark, offering a different style.
What surprised them more were the various decorations in the room: antlers, wolf skulls, bears, wild boars, and decorations made from different ga were hung on the walls. On one particular wall, there even hung an old-looking shotgun.
Instantly, the feeling of hunting and wilderness erged.
"Are all these ga animals killed by Uncle Victor? There are even bears and wolves!" Yue’er couldn’t help but ask after looking around.
"Yes, hunting is allowed after October in autumn. These are ga animals Ivan and I have hunted. There are a lot of ga species here, and the campsite opens hunting services during the hunting season, but it’s not allowed before then."
"I read online there are a lot of bears here; is that true?" Yue’er asked again.
"Yes, every year there are bears around the campsite, and tigers too. Last winter, the adult hunting dogs in the campsite were all eaten by a tiger overnight, leaving only a few juvenile pups."
"Wow, tigers even know to catch the big ones and leave the small?" Lin Yang was intrigued by this.
You see, Siberian tigers here in Russia, known as Northeast tigers back ho, if that really was the case, it would be quite fantastical.
Victor laughed and shook his head, "There’s a moisture-proof space under the cabins in the storage area. The pups were small enough to hide underneath, and the tiger couldn’t reach them, which is why they survived."
That explained it; Lin Yang had thought the Northeast tiger was really that smart, understanding sustainable hunting, but it turned out to be simple luck.
Lin Yang: "Back in our country, it’s rare to see Northeast tigers anymore, but it seems the resources are richer here in Russia. Speaking of which, isn’t there a risk when going fishing, given the large wild animal populations in uninhabited areas?"
Upon ntioning the word "risk", Uncle Victor nodded gravely.
"The risk is indeed real, but as long as you follow my instructions, there shouldn’t be a problem. Although we can’t hunt before the hunting season, we’re allowed to carry shotguns for self-defense. Should there be a wild animal attack, Ivan and I can ensure your absolute safety!"
