Chapter 701: Life is More Than Just Love.
The person who was being stepped on could only wail in the midst of the chaotic battle. The battle ca to a halt due to the fight between the two Heavenly Supres. They all then returned to their respective campsites and looked at the two figures who were standing in the middle. The old, fat man was being beaten up by the commander.
Da Da looked at the fat, old man while clenching his fist tightly. He was obviously furious. “He is the commander of the Thunder Fire rcenary Regint. It was him who chased us to the heart of the Eagle Nest Mountain Ridge. He is the one who nearly caused Grandpa’s death.”
“He even infected Grandpa with such vicious poison.” Xiao Xiao was gritting her teeth in anger.
“You ssed with Grandpa’s weak point. Don’t even think about living this ti.”
Right after i’er said those words, they heard a horrible shriek. That fat, old man’s neck was broken under the commander’s foot. He then kicked it over towards the Thunder Fire rcenary Regint.
“It’s alright to ss around usually, but if you have murderous intent towards us, I will go all out.”
The few of them didn’t even blink when they saw the commander killing the fat, old man.
Feng Tianlan looked at the United rcenary Regint, then raised her head and looked at the disorganized Thunder Fire rcenary Regint. They were all injured but not dead, except the commander of the Thunder Fire rcenary Regint.
She knew the rules among the rcenary regints. It was alright to take over a small rcenary regint, however, one could not kill the other, or else they would be looked down upon by other greater rcenary regints and would get boycotted. They would even receive punishnts from the greatest rcenary regint.
However, putting deaths aside, the greatest rcenary regint would not care about the battle between the commanders of two rcenary regints. Therefore, the death of the commander of the Thunder Fire rcenary Regint had nothing to do with them.
After the battle, they all cleared up the battlefield.
“Big Brother Lan, you were so great. You protected us all by yourself.” Xiao Xiao blinked her starry eyes and stared at Feng Tianlan adoringly.
“Ice, Fire, Water, Wind...” Da Da was counting the number of elents that were unleashed by Feng Tianlan just now on his fingers. He then widened his eyes imdiately. “Big Brother Lan, you knew four elents at the sa ti. You’re so amazing.”
i’er didn’t say anything. She just stared at Feng Tianlan amorously. She must be carrying a big secret.

Da Da and Xiao Xiao gathered around Feng Tianlan and twittered, their eyes were filled with admiration.
Feng Tianlan just smiled faintly. If she were to use the Nature Elent just now, would they take her as a monster?
“Crazy girl, how do you feel after watching this battle?” the commander asked. He raised his head while holding a cat in his arm.
“Tactics, unity, and tacit understanding.” These were the things that shocked her after watching the battle between these two rcenary regints. She had never seen a group of people with such unity and tacit understanding.
Although they were facing hundreds of people with just thirty to forty mbers, they didn’t seem to be under any pressure at all. Instead, they looked as if they were playing. It was probably because they had often experienced sothing like this. The chaotic battles between the rcenary regints had beco rather common to them.
“Crazy girl, actually Grandpa wanted to tell you that life is more than just love. Kinship and friendship are equally important. They are indispensable. However, it is hard to lead a perfect life. Therefore, you will lose sothing when you get sothing, and similarly, you will get so when you lose so.”
Feng Tianlan laughed. “I know.”
Compared to the ti when she had just reborn, she had much more and felt much more blissful right now.
The commander then said in a serious tone, “Besides, no matter what’s awaiting you, you must rember that Grandpa and the United rcenary Regint will always be right behind you, waiting for your return. No matter what happens, you will still be able to co back for shelter.”
After hearing these words, Feng Tianlan didn’t know whether she should laugh or cry. However, it felt extrely heart-warming.
