The Next Day...
As I thought, the graduation ceremony was held the day after the graduation exam results were out. We were all inford to assemble in the auditorium, where the ceremony would be held.
The auditorium was quite large. Every final-year student is here, and yet there is still a lot of vacant space available. A few have died over the years but most of the students that entered the academy in the sa year as are still here.
Man, it was already five years before I knew it. Ti sure flies away before one can truly grasp that it is gone.
In addition to the students, there are also a few staff and professors who taught our batch including the twins. This may be the last ti I would see most of these people.
Once we leave the academy tomorrow, I don't think that we will cross paths again in the future with most of them. I am sure, only a few would be able to survive long enough to et one another. Even then, I don't know many of these students here.
I may have heard about them but I don't know them personally. Once we leave the academy, even the ones with whom I shared classes would be forgotten. Very few would be able to keep in touch.
It is similar to what I experienced back on Earth. Many of my school mates and college mates were forgotten. Everyone had their own life and once we graduated, we drifted away from each other.
I missed many of my old friends as ti passed but circumstances kept each from one another.
There is nothing that could be done about it, but it is what it is.
---
It was quite boring.
I know the ceremony was saying goodbye to us, but it was boring.
The headmaster of the academy appeared a few minutes after every student arrived and took a seat in the auditorium. It was as if he knew when to co. I an, he should be the most powerful in the academy and that ans he is probably at Tier-8 or even at Tier-9 rank.
So, knowing whether everyone has arrived or not, would not be a big thing.
As headmaster, he is supposed to arrive after others, to showcase his power after all. If he arrives at the sa ti as others, then his power would an nothing.
Once he arrived, he gave a pretty boring speech about how great we were and the heights we could reach in the future. He also kept raving about our future and what great achievents we can achieve and so on.
He gave his boring speech for half an hour but no one can complain about that.
After that, the academy distributed our certificates and plaques to the top students. Mine read "Top Student of the Year", which I am sure would be the sa for ones who were at the top in previous years and would be in the future.
The ceremony ended after the certificates were distributed. It ans we have officially graduated from the academy.

Ding!
Huh?
There is an email from an unknown person. Yeah, I configured my email settings to get alerts on my mobile whenever I get a new email. I can't go and check every day if there are any emails for .
I am not an important person who gets emails every day. Very few people have my email ID. Most of them communicate with using their phones if they want to talk with , not through email, so I don't check them regularly.
By doing so, I may miss if anyone sends an email. So I made sure that I get an alert whenever I receive an email.
I checked the email to see who it was from and what the content was.
Oh, it's an invitation letter from the Royal House. No, not the royal house but their recruiters to be exact. They are offering a job in the Royal House. The salary is very high. I can live like a viscount with such a salary.

Oh, there is another email. Let's check it.
This is also a recruitnt letter but this ti from the military.
Ding!
Ah, another recruitnt letter. This is from the Adventurer's Guild.
Ding!
Ding!
Damn it.
There are more recruitnt letters. Now, I have to write a rejection letter to each one of them and that too in a polite manner. Why were so many interested in ?
This is such a hassle.
Wait, I can just write one and copy the content for everyone else. I have to make sure that I should change a few words as I would be addressing different people.
Though the salaries and opportunities offered by these organizations are good, it would have been good, if I didn't have so many secrets that can never co to light. If they do, I would be as good as dead and I would even implicate my family.
I may be at Tier-6 rank, but from the looks of it, the ancestors of this little kingdom might have reached Tier-9 and their skills may have even reached level 100 or would reach in a few years at the latest.
To them, I am but an ant. They can squash with a snap. If they beco greedy for the things in my procession, there is no way can I save myself from them. Even if I give up what I can give up, there is a high chance that I will be killed to keep the matter a secret.
Now that I have graduated officially, there is no reason to get under the scrutiny of another organization with so many secrets.
So, rejection it is.
I should take a day or two to show so respect and not outright reject them. If I outright reject them, they may get offended as I don't think that there are many who would reject offers like this.
Also, I should start my plan for touring the world, where to go, and where not to go. Though I can't prepare for everything out there, I am sure I can prepare for so matters.
