Chapter 407: Chapter 407: The Little Dwarf on the Border_1

Zhang Xian was sowhat surprised to see a young man exhibiting such confidence.

Is there anyone in Sunset Town daring enough to challenge the Black Fist Club? The dragon remains unchallenged and Da ng, the supposed tough guy, seems pretty ineffective, doesn’t he?

"Earlier, you called Zhu Qing ’wife.’ I assud you’re her man."

The young man smirked, "I’m giving you a chance now. Better leave Zhu Qing alone before I decide to take you down. You might just save your life."

"Heh, you seem crazier than I am!" Zhang Xian chuckled.

For an average person, this guy might be intimidating. His deanor was on-point--exuded full confidence and could back it up with skills.

Regrettably for him, he ran into Zhang Xian, who didn’t even think twice about those endowed with the Innate power. His fate was pretty much sealed.

An ordinary person, no matter how badass, or backed by a powerful force, would still find it hard to take down soone more powerful than an Innate master, unless there’s another master involved.

"It does seem..."

The young man chuckled, "Don’t get

wrong. I’m not trying to scare you, but it could cost your life."

"Sorry, but I’m not really scared."

Zhang Xian suddenly stepped forward and grabbed the young man’s neck, sneering, "Just like you said, better beat it before I lose my temper. Or, your end would be pretty grueso."

"Cough, cough..."

The man coughed a few tis, "You do realize you’re already on the edge of death, don’t you?"

"Fancy

killing you right now?"

Zhang Xian suddenly frowned upon seeing the seeming overconfidence of the young man, a cold, murderous intent flashing in his eyes.

"Uh..."

The young man felt the hand tightening around his neck, his breath becoming shallow. He was in no doubt horrified. He could tell that Zhang Xian wanted him dead.

With difficulty, he managed to gulp down saliva and hastily responded, "Let

go...I’ll leave..."

Zhang Xian tossed him aside, "Get out of here before I change my mind."

The young man jumped to his feet without a word and got out of there.

He initially thought Zhang Xian was nothing more than a rich brat. Not even abundant wealth could make up for incompetency. He didn’t dare challenge him after discovering Zhang Xian’s strength.

On his own, he couldn’t take Zhang Xian down.

"What brings you here?"

Mu Cheng, seeing the young man gone, turned to Zhang Xian, "Missing soone?"

"Yeah, indeed."

Wiping his nose, Zhang Xian turned to Zhu Qing and asked, "How are things, Qingqing?"

"Why do you care?" Zhu Qing shot him a glare and stord off into the house.

Zhang Xian was slightly upset to see Zhu Qing still ignoring him. They’d been apart for a couple of months already; was she still mad at him? How long was she going to keep up with the silent treatnt?

Mu Cheng, seeing Zhang Xian rooting around, asked with a raised eyebrow, "Hey, why are you standing there like an idiot? Go make Zhu Qing feel better with so sweet words."

"Nah, I’m not going in."

Zhang Xian, seeing Zhu Qing still mad, had no intentions of upsetting himself, "Is Da ng here or at the Black Fist Club?"

Mu Cheng replied, "He’s at the Club! What do you need him for?"

"There’s sothing."

Zhang Xian smiled and turned around to leave.

Mu Cheng went after him, "You didn’t really co here to see Zhu Qing?"

"Yes, there is sothing."

Mu Cheng was unsatisfied, "Zhang Xian, what the hell? Do you think Zhu Qing is just another woman that you can easily replace? All this ti, you didn’t even spend ti with her. Despite your incompetence, you should know that a woman needs to be pampered. Are you going to keep ignoring her?"

"We’ll talk about that later!" Zhang Xian waved his hand and left.

Mu Cheng was surprised to see Zhang Xian leave. What was his deal? Was he seriously going to abandon Zhu Qing?

She stomped her foot in annoyance and stomped into the house.

"Elder Sister Cheng, where did that guy go?"

Zhu Qing had been waiting for Zhang Xian. Seeing only Mu Cheng, she asked, "Where is he?"

"He’s gone to see Da ng."

Mu Cheng said, "He ca here for so business. But Zhu Qing, I feel sorry for you. He ca here and didn’t even bother to spend ti with you."

"He..."

Zhu Qing was very angry, almost on the verge of tears.

Mu Cheng asked, "He’s ignoring you, what are you going to do about it?"

"I’m going to break up with him."

Zhu Qing gritted her teeth, picked up her phone and dialed Zhang Xian’s number, "Zhang Xian, we’re over! From now on, there’s nothing between us."

"Break up? What’s that all about? You’re not sick, are you?"

Zhu Qing responded angrily, "No, I’m perfectly fine. I’ve never been more clear-headed. I want to break up with you."

"I won’t let you break up with , no matter what you say. That’s that..."

"Zhang Xian, what do you an..."

Zhu Qing wanted to say sothing more, but Zhang Xian had already hung up the phone.

Her lips twitched unnaturally a few tis. She dialed Zhang Xian’s number again and asked, "What do you an? Why did you hang up on ?"

"I won’t agree to it, stop causing

trouble, okay? I’m busy now!"

"Ah..."

Zhu Qing was on the verge of going crazy, "I don’t care, I want to break up with you. From now on, you go your own way and I go mine."

"No way, don’t even think about it."

After Zhang Xian finished speaking, he hung up the phone again without hesitation.

"Ah..."

Zhu Qing listened to the busy signal from the mobile phone, stomped her foot in anger, "This guy hung up on

again..."

"He’s not agreeing to break up?"

Mu Cheng asked puzzledly: "What does this guy an? He always does what pleases him, and he won’t agree to break up. What’s his ga? Does he just want to drag out things?"

"How would I know?"

Zhu Qing said, "Anyway I don’t care, whether he consents totally depends on him, I just want it this way. From now on, I won’t deal with that guy."

...

Sunset Town, in front of the Black Fist Club.

After Zhang Xian hung up the phone, he shook his head with a bitter smile and walked in.

"Brother Xian..."

Da ng was sowhat surprised when he saw Zhang Xian, "Why didn’t you tell

you were coming, so I could have been prepared!"

"What did you need to prepare?"

Zhang Xian smiled, "I ca here today to ask you about the situation on the border. What do you know? Especially about drugs."

"I’m not very clear about that, but I have a friend over there."

Da ng said, "That guy has no other talents, but he’s extrely inford, and knows a lot. On the border, there’s nothing that guy doesn’t know about. I can find him."

"Good, let’s go over now." Zhang Xian nodded.

Da ng was surprised, "Go now? It’s already evening, shall we leave early tomorrow morning?"

Zhang Xian said, "We go now."

Seeing Zhang Xian insisting, Da ng didn’t say anything more, hurriedly called a few experts, and left the Black Fist Club with Zhang Xian, getting into a large Cherokee.

Originally, with such an expert as Zhang Xian, he wouldn’t need to call others. But it wasn’t appropriate for Zhang Xian to handle everything alone.

Moreover, the border area is extrely chaotic, and most people have firearms. The more people, the higher the safety factor. Zhang Xian might be alright due to his formidable strength, but he himself was not that capable.

The Cherokee sped away, and two hours later, they had already entered the border, a small town of mixed population.

This place, unlike Sunset Town. After all, Sunset Town is within Huaxia, just unregulated. The division here is complicated and unclear, making governance impossible.

People from multiple countries mixed together, plus quite a few criminals, could this place be peaceful? One significant reason that Sunset Town is disorderly is because of this place.

However, the difference is that in Sunset Town there are more ordinary people, and they are not as domineering and arrogant as those here. After all, the industries they are engaged in are different, although they are both challenging the legal bottom line.

Quickly, the Cherokee stopped in front of a two-storied small building.

After Da ng and others got out of the car, they led Zhang Xian to the door and knocked.

Over here, the houses are relatively lower, also in bad condition, they seed to be old houses with decades of history. You seldom see new houses.

There’s no way, this place really isn’t suitable to build houses, it was good enough to have a place to stay. Many people don’t stay here permanently, they only co here when they have business to take care of.

"Damn, who is it?"

After a good while, a short middle-aged man, about only 1.4 ters tall and rather skinny, ca out.

"It’s , Da ng."

When Da ng saw the middle-aged man, he growled, "Shorty, why the hell did you turn off your phone? Your shit made

knock here for ages, fuck."

"Damn, it’s you!"

Seeing Da ng, Shorty imdiately burst into laughter. Obviously, they had a good relationship.

Under the faint moonlight, he looked over at Zhang Xian and others, then asked, "What’s brought you here this late?"

"My boss has a few things to ask you."

Da ng chuckled, introduced Zhang Xian to Shorty, then said, "Let’s go in and talk."

"Hmm, co on in!"

Shorty looked at Zhang Xian in surprise before proceeding to lead the way.

He was clear about what kind of person Da ng was, and that he had plenty of strong n under him. Such a character, how could he recognize a handso boy as his boss? It was confusing!

Of course, now was not the ti to ask questions. Even if he had doubts, he did not ask them. Instead, he directly led Zhang Xian and others to the living room.

"Shorty."

After Da ng sat down, he said, "Our boss wants to ask you a few things, so spill everything you know."

Shorty nodded, "Sure, I can’t hide anything from the people you brought."

"Okay! Then you will do us this favor."

Zhang Xian smiled and asked, "I want to know, is there a guy nad Ouyang Zhong around here, and how powerful is he?"
