The next morning, Gina Lopez woke up with a smile on her face. She knew that Jas Brown had slept next to her last night, even though he left in between. But the fact that he eventually returned showed that he cared about her feelings. Therefore, her displeasure caused by Jas going to see Emma Campbell and Charlotte was greatly alleviated.

When she ca out, she saw Jas Brown in the kitchen with Emma Campbell. They both had bright smiles, especially Emma, whose smile was charming and carried a distinct allure mixed with softness. This made Gina feel a bit uneasy again.

"Good morning, Sister Gina!" Emma Campbell also saw Gina at that mont. She imdiately took two steps away from Jas, her face blushing, timidly greeting Gina while twisting the corners of her clothes nervously.

Seeing Emma like this, Gina couldn’t bring herself to argue with her. She smiled slightly and said, "Emma is really diligent, while I’m so clumsy. I can’t even cook yet."

Emma quickly replied, "I’m just ssing around. Big Brother Brown cooks well. I just lend a helping hand."

Gina originally wanted to say, ’You don’t have to be afraid of . I’m not a man-eating tiger.’ But the words stayed in her mouth, and she just smiled and said, "Jas really does cook well. I’ll go freshen up and wait to eat a ready al."

Although she had no intention of bullying Emma, giving Emma a little scare wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. If everyone were like Charlotte, wouldn’t she be upset every day?

While Gina and Emma were talking, Jas Brown said nothing. It wasn’t appropriate to say anything now; it was best to let Gina and Emma handle their issue. They had already taken the hardest first step, so theoretically, everything else should be easier.

Of course, this was also because Emma was especially docile. Who could bear to scold her, or have the heart to tell her off? Plus, Gina wasn’t the confrontational type, so even if she felt uncomfortable, Emma respected her. They should be able to get along well.

It was already October 8th, ti to go to work and school. Jas Brown prepared breakfast almost entirely and went to call Little Violet. She was going to preschool today.

After knocking a few tis, Lucy Campbell opened the door. Her hair was a bit ssy, and she was still in her pajamas, yawning.

"Didn’t get enough sleep?" Jas Brown asked with a smile.

Lucy rolled her eyes at Jas and said, "Not at all. Your sister-in-law kept up all night. I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep."

Jas imdiately guessed what was going on, rubbed his nose, and said, "I’ll go wake Violet up. I have to take her to preschool today."

Lucy let Jas in and said, "You seem quite energetic. I thought you wouldn’t be able to get up after last night."

Jas chuckled awkwardly. Lucy now spoke much more directly to him than before. "I’m alright," Jas said.

Walking alongside Jas, Lucy whispered, "Don’t always be so reckless. Your health is important. You may have a strong constitution now, but if it continues for a long ti, there will definitely be problems."

Jas didn’t expect Lucy to say such things, and he blushed, coughing lightly, "I’ll pay attention."

Lucy smiled gently and said, "Don’t bla for nagging. I’m just worried about your health."

"Thank you." Jas held Lucy’s hand, feeling warm inside. Even though Lucy had confessed everything, Jas didn’t feel pressured. Moreover, her concern was so straightforward and heartfelt, even more so than what a wife would usually show. This thank you was sincerely from his heart.

Lucy smiled sweetly again, "Go call Violet before she’s late."

After waking everyone and having breakfast, Jas Brown took his daughter and Emily Lopez to school, while Gina Lopez drove herself to the office.

After dropping his daughter off at preschool, Jas drove leisurely, saying, "So, did you tell Lucy everything yesterday?"

"I couldn’t help it," Emily said coquettishly, looking at Jas with lingering charm. Now, Emily didn’t seem like an unmarried woman, but more like a contented housewife.

Jas lightly coughed and said, "Looks like in the future, when I cozy up with your sister, I need to take note of where you are. If we’re in public, it could be troubleso."

Emily nodded repeatedly, seriously saying, "Yeah, yeah, I wanted to remind you. That night on the yacht with my sister, I was with Sarah Utah, and it was almost embarrassing for . I’m telling you, if you want to get cozy with my sister when I’m not around, you must notify in advance."

Jas suddenly burst into laughter, and Emily imdiately asked, "Why are you laughing?"

"Emily, what if your sister gets spontaneous one day and demands it suddenly, and I don’t have ti to notify you but you’re in public?"

Emily Lopez snorted and said, "You figure it out, after all, I’m your sister-in-law. If I lose face, it won’t look good on you either."

John Brown chuckled and said, "True that."

Emily Lopez said again, "I tell you, Brother-in-law, I’m really impressed with you now, even Sister Emily is so fond of you."

John Brown also felt like it was a dream, he said, "Yeah, I didn’t expect it. I used to think she was nice to just because I saved her once."

"So what are you planning to do about Sister Emily in the future?" Emily Lopez twisted her head, looking at John Brown with utmost seriousness.

John Brown shook his head and said, "Sandra, to be honest, Emily’s feelings for don’t feel all that real now, and I really haven’t thought about anything in the future with her. But I always feel that my relationship with her can’t be made public, and I’m not going to divorce your sister. No matter how beautiful Lucy is, she’s just one person. With your sister, it’s buy one get one free, there’s no better deal than this."

"Oh, co on, you actually called it a deal." Emily Lopez spat at John Brown, but her face was full of smiles, and she said, "Exactly, marrying a wife with an extra sister-in-law, marrying soone else wouldn’t get you such luck."

John Brown laughed heartily and said, "Exactly, that’s why I can’t have a change of heart now."

After dropping Emily Lopez off at school, John Brown returned ho. Today, he also had to take Charlotte back to school, so he couldn’t go to work.

Although Charlotte was not too willing, she didn’t insist on staying. John Brown drove, with Emma Campbell accompanying him, sitting in the back with Charlotte, chattering and laughing all the way.

Both were in a great mood. Emma Campbell no longer had to sneak around while dating John Brown, and she was even living at the house of John Brown and Gina Lopez. Most importantly, last night John Brown ca to her room, leaving her so blissfully happy she couldn’t tell the sky from the earth.

In college, arriving a day late isn’t a big deal. You just need to inform the ntor in advance, so on the way, John Brown didn’t hurry, getting to the school just past noon.

"Little Grace!" Charlotte called out as soon as they reached the school gate.

John Brown knew that the Little Grace Charlotte referred to was her friend Emily Bailey, who was also lody Yoody’s cousin, which would technically make her his sister-in-law. However, he didn’t see Emily Bailey.

"Why is this girl leaving with that guy?" Charlotte frowned and muttered.

"What’s wrong?" John Brown asked.

"I just saw Little Grace leave by car with a few people, including one really annoying guy. Little Grace can’t stand him, yet she’s going out with him now. I really don’t get what she’s up to," Charlotte said.

"It’s probably nothing much, just going out to have fun, right?" John Brown said casually, driving the car into the school.

Emily Bailey pouted and said, "Uncle, you don’t know. That guy thinks he’s handso, cos from a wealthy and powerful family, and has played with many girls at the school. Right when we got here, we heard he was even pursuing , but I ignored him. Later, he went after Little Grace, and she didn’t speak to him nicely. Suddenly, she’s hanging out with him now after just a few days?"

John Brown furrowed his brows. He had a pretty good impression of Little Grace. Besides Charlotte, there was also a connection to lody Yoody, so he certainly couldn’t let her get taken advantage of. He said, "Then ask her what’s going on."

Charlotte imdiately took out her phone and called Emily Bailey.

Emily Bailey answered soon, excitedly saying, "Charlotte, you’re back?"

"Yes, I’m back. I just arrived at school and saw you leaving. Why are you going out with that guy?"

"Haha, don’t worry, there’re lots of us. I won’t be taken advantage of, plus there are a few hotown friends too. Charlotte, do you want to join us?"

John Brown could hear the conversation and nodded to Charlotte.

Charlotte imdiately said, "Where are you guys? I’ll head over right away."

"Great, we’re going to Qian Gui to sing. Call when you get there, and I’ll et you at the door."

For university students, dating is very normal. John Brown wasn’t keen on interfering with Emily Bailey, but since he noticed sothing, he had to check it out. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to answer to lody Yoody.
