Emily Lopez was finally satisfied, giggling and humming a little tune, feeling elated.
“What are you two chatting about? Why so happy?” Gina Lopez’s voice suddenly ca from the back.
John Brown and Emily Lopez were both startled. Emily quickly turned her head and said with a grin, “I was talking about the fake John Brown with my brother-in-law.”
Gina Lopez yawned and said, “You two are so noisy. Keep it down. Little Violet just fell asleep, don’t wake her up.”
Emily Lopez hurriedly said, “Got it, you sleep well, we’ll call you guys when we reach the destination.”
“Then chat with your brother-in-law, don’t let him fall asleep. If he’s tired, just find a service area to rest for a bit.”
“Got it, just sleep, my brother-in-law won’t fall asleep that easily.”
Gina Lopez replied with a sound and closed her eyes again, soon falling asleep. Jas Brown and Emily Lopez didn’t feel lonely, and Emily Lopez was even lively, chirping away like a happy little swallow.
When they got ho, Jas Brown went to pick up Sarah Grandy again. These past two days she’s been hiding away, the little girl didn’t have any objections, but since Gina Lopez’s parents weren’t around anymore, preventing her from coming back was definitely not going to work.

Though Gina Lopez was slightly uncomfortable, she wasn’t greedy for Jas Brown’s money, but it always felt uneasy when her husband’s money was given to another woman. Fortunately, Jas only gave so to Emma Campbell, which is understandable, as she knew Emma held a significant place in his heart.
“Wow, you’re so rich, and I just discovered, I’ve hit a jackpot.”
Gina Lopez said this lightly, and Jas felt relieved, saying, “What’s mine is yours. However, I think the way we’re living now is quite nice, and I haven’t thought of using that money. Having too much money doesn’t necessarily make you happier.”
