I can’t keep relying solely on you anymore.” When she went out for breakfast in the morning, she passed by the community park, greeted so elders doing morning exercises, and felt her mood lift.
Now that it wasn’t night, she felt she could face Jas Brown more openly.

Sweating internally, Jas acknowledged that Emily was really good at making big accusations.
