Malon went to check on Ailen, and he confird that he was there. Alien was even more suspicious of strangers than Malon, and if he felt that he could trust Ervan, then that was clearly sothing.

"We went to look for you, and then we found out about sothing happening in that city and then that soother friend of his was also captured," Ailen said while recovering his arrow from the trunk of a tree. "We went to rescue you, but it seems that you aren't totally useless without my help."

"Shut up…" Malon said and then sighed.

"Anyway, let's clear up so questions about what happened," Ervan said. "I also need to get to know the kids that I helped this ti. Although I have a fairly good idea of what kind of people you are already…"

The trio listened to the Ervan's words and then sat down. After introducing themselves, Malon and Cailena spoke in detail about what had happened once they arrived at the prison, and upon hearing the end of Malon's story, Ervan brought his hand to his chin, looking thoughtful.

"What a problem," Ervan said.

"Problem?" Malon looked curious and then asked.

"Maybe your father didn't explain it due to lack of ti or so other factor, but it's essential for you to understand what happened to you," Ervan looked at Malon for a few seconds, and then he sighed. "Malon and Cailena, this is specifically for you and Ailen. You should pay attention as well."

"A century ago, a group of people banded together to stop a greater evil, his na is Tenebres, an immortal mage who controls monsters," Ervan's voice lowered, and he looked even more serious. Those three listened and nodded. "He also could move across space and ti… he killed a lot of people that could do the sa as him to obtain that power."

"Control monsters? Is it possible?" Malon asked while his eyes were wide open.

"If he was so powerful, how was he stopped?"

"It's quite simple, in the past, Tenebres was free, his power was so great that even without having a city under his command and influence was compared to that of kings, but even though he was so strong, he was not invincible, and they discovered how to seal him," Ervan replied.

Ervan got up and went towards a wooden drawer nearby, taking sothing from there. The three saw him put a paper on the table with the drawing of three specific objects. Malon recognized his amulet.

"Three objects capable of imprisoning the soul of Tenebres, the relics of the soul, two of them were with you even if you didn't know it," Ervan said. "Do you get it now?".

"So it was to get these objects that attacked our villages? Is that why my parents were killed?" Malon remained silent as he checked his shirt to see where the amulet and ring should have been

"Fortunately, there is still hope to stop Tenebres from returning. They want the three relics to bring Tenebres back and help their cause, whatever it is…. That's what we need to stop at all costs," Ervan crossed his arms and eyes before saying it.

"And… what does this Tenebres guy want?" Cailena looked down, worried, and then asked.

"And does it really matter?" Ailen asked while interrupting the conversation. He leaned against the wall and continued. "It was because of him that our villages were attacked, people died, and we lost our families. For , it is reason enough to kill him, and I don't care what he wants."

Aion listened to all that silently… what the hell was going on? Another enemy showed up… Tenebres? Sealed? What a half-assed way to deal with things… then again, if that person was as strong as Malon probably got once he left the planet, perhaps ordinary humans couldn't handle such an enemy.

Nevertheless, Aion thought that Clanire and her friends ended the age of chaos where a lot of people could use ti magic and ss with the tilines, so sothing didn't add up. Actually, a lot of things weren't adding up. Still, he imagined that Tenebres won't be a problem to him since he didn't find any signs of it in his tiline…

"I agree with Ailen, Cailena," Malon said. " I can't imagine any reason to accept what happened. There was no good reason behind it, only evil and malice."

Malon spoke with determination, even though it was easy to see that he was still feeling a bit… and Caiilena kept looking down. Still, this ti in silence, looking even more worried. Malon looked at Ervan, who showed a doubtful expression.

"Maybe it's not the ideal ti, but I'd like to thank you for helping us escape and giving us shelter," Malon said.

"It's fine. I was just helping so old friends," Ervan replied. "We only interacted a few tis, but we were friends who shared the sa fate since we are descendants of the people who dealt with Tenebres."

"I get it. In any case, you also said that there is still hope of preventing the return of Tenebres and comnted that only two were with us. What about the third relic?" Malon asked.

After hearing that, Ervan put his hand in one of the sleeves of his robes, and a while later, he managed to remove a porcelain statue.

"The ring, the earrings, and finally, the statue of the image of the lady who was able to seal Tenebres through the relics," Ervan said. "All of these are necessary for the seal to be undone. As long as I have it, things will be fine, but I guess the enemies soon will look for as well… if they knew about your families, they should know about mine as well."

The three approached to see the statue, and Aion wondered why they were different from the relics that he had… Malon was like that, so he probably made them after the image of the friends he lost.
