Mo Shu glanced at him, then imdiately turned her gaze to the proposal on Grandpa Mo’s desk.
As Mo Shu looked at the proposal, Song Fajin’s eyes once again rested on Mo Shu.
The main reason was still because Mo Shu’s belly was truly attention-grabbing.
Song Fajin was also married with children, yet his wife’s belly was never this big even with two kids.
Indeed, twins are twins.
The amazing thing was, despite her large belly, Mo Shu walked with impressive steadiness, as if nothing was wrong, making Song Fajin have to admire her.
Mo Shu noticed Song Fajin’s gaze, lifted her head, and t his eyes.
Song Fajin felt a bit awkward but still smiled warmly and asked, "How long have you been pregnant?"
Mo Shu instinctively touched her belly and said, "Over eight months."
Song Fajin was sowhat surprised and asked, "When’s your due date?"
Mo Shu simply said, "Soon."
Song Fajin nodded, didn’t inquire further, and remarked, "That’s quite a big belly; it’s the first ti I’ve seen one this large. It’s really quite rare."
Mo Shu’s eyes curved with a smile, "Is that so? After all, I’m carrying two."
"No wonder the staff outside was talking about it," Song Fajin said with a twinkle in his eye, "But speaking of which, Princess Mo, you’re quite fortunate. I heard lately that Young Master Yu has acquired several plots of land at very favorable prices. It seems he’s planning so new projects. If Young Master Yu could collaborate with us, it would definitely be a win-win situation."
"Really?" Mo Shu feigned surprise, "He’s handling these things; I’m not really aware. What projects are you preparing?"
Song Fajin casually replied upon seeing Mo Shu’s clueless deanor, secretly thinking: Indeed, she’s a flower in a greenhouse, utterly clueless and indifferent to business matters. Poor Uncle Mo has worked hard all his life, and now he’s old, without even an heir.
But this works in their favor.
Song Fajin, in rather good spirits, smiled warmly at Mo Shu, evidently much more relaxed now.
Mo Shu observed his subtle change, feeling sothing uncanny.
Was this guy just probing her?
Mo Shu looked at Song Fajin’s proposal, pretending not to understand it, and soon walked away, touching her belly.
Watching this, Song Fajin felt even more disdainful.
Mo Jiantao was already out of the picture, and now that Mo Shu was heavily pregnant, she seed like nothing more than a diocre figure, hardly worth worrying about.
Grandpa Mo soon finished reading, nodded, and said, "Not bad, a great improvent from last ti, but..."
Grandpa Mo quickly gave a few suggestions, which Song Fajin accepted with great humility. By the ti he walked out of the office, he seed enlightened, as though he had gained much.
Mo Shu watched, and after Song Fajin left, she asked, "Grandpa, is he quite talented?"
Grandpa Mo nodded, "He is indeed quite talented."
Mo Shu nodded, then asked quietly, "Grandpa, do you think Grandpa Song might covet the chairman’s position?"
Grandpa Mo paused, gave Mo Shu a deep look, and said, "He wouldn’t, but Xiao Song is very ambitious."
Mo Shu said, "They hold quite a high share percentage..."
Grandpa Mo’s brows furrowed slightly, with so worry in his eyes.
