Sao Zha shielded Yu ngng, and upon seeing the dissipating little ghost, cursed under his breath, "Damn it!"
His massive wings swung down fiercely, and a blood-red Fire Blade whooshed out.
The shadow, a stark shade of scarlet, couldn’t dodge in ti and emitted a shriek so piercing it nearly penetrated the soul.
Mo Shu had just walked out when this sharp cry stabbed his heart, causing it to suddenly contract.
Enraged, Sao Zha erupted with Dragon Energy, forming a cage as it hurtled towards that audacious shadow.
The spiritual oppression made Yu ngng tremble all over, and the scarlet shadow was no exception.
However, the shadow was apparently much stronger than both Yu ngng and the little ghost, as it managed to distract and escape even while being suppressed by the Dragon Energy.
In a split second, the shadow swiftly darted towards a person nearby.
Gu Wenjuan couldn’t see Sao Zha, the little ghost, or the sudden appearance of the red shadow.
All she saw was Wei Yuantong lying on the ground, screaming and crying incessantly.
Wei Yuantong seed to have gone mad, clutching her own hair, alternating between crying and laughing, her legs forcefully kicking, as she looked up at the void above her head, showing terror.
Gu Wenjuan hadn’t anticipated such an outco, and Xiao Yuan was so scared he could barely stand it. Seeing Gu Wenjuan still wanting to go over, he imdiately grabbed her, "Are you crazy? You’re pregnant. What if she attacks you..."
Gu Wenjuan thought he made sense, but then she thought about what Wei Yuantong had just promised her, and she felt uncertain.
What if Wei Yuantong had really gone mad...
What Sao Zha could see, Mo Shu could see too.
He personally witnessed that shadow, about to be suppressed by Sao Zha, charging toward Gu Wenjuan and Xiao Yuan. His heart contracted sharply as he cried out in a shrill voice, "Move away!"
But, it was too late.
The red shadow streaked into Gu Wenjuan’s body.
Gu Wenjuan suddenly felt a chill on her body, as if a wave of coldness had invaded her suddenly. But on closer inspection, there was nothing. It felt like it was just an illusion.
Sao Zha’s Dragon Energy, chasing the red shadow, imdiately enveloped Gu Wenjuan.

This voice echoed not only in Mo Shu’s mind but also paralyzed Sao Zha’s actions.
The imnse Dragon Energy cage was abruptly halted in mid-air. The next second, it was directly shattered by the system.
Sao Zha grunted, and his body shrank suddenly, forced back into Mo Shu.
With Sao Zha’s return, Mo Shu could clearly sense his weakness.
It took just a mont.
Sao Zha said, "That plugin knows my weakness. It’s probably not simple."
Sao Zha could attack the little ghost, plugins, and even wandering spirits, but he could not attack humans.
Mo Shu looked at Gu Wenjuan, and though he wasn’t sure if it was an illusion, he thought he saw a red light circulating around her body, eventually converging into her lower abdon.
Mo Shu saw it with his own eyes, and his mood was suddenly gripped by anxiety.
Is that thing targeting Gu Wenjuan’s child?
Wei Yuantong repeatedly attempted to take her twins. Now, this red thing... could it be planning to consu Gu Wenjuan’s baby?
Considering this possibility, Mo Shu’s stomach clenched, and he instinctively covered his own baby.
