No one at the scene dared to make a move.
What a joke!
This was Princess Mo, the chairman’s most beloved granddaughter, without equal!
Even if she was already a part of the company, even if she held no official position, whether she wanted to walk into this eting room or leave, wasn’t it just as she pleased?
Noticing that no one paid attention to her, Mo Jiantao’s face struggled to maintain composure as he stepped forward wanting to handle things himself.
However, before he could get close, he saw Ji Nan’s standard smile, "Mr. Mo, show so self-respect."
Mo Jiantao laughed, "What self-respect? She’s my daughter! The one I fathered! Don’t I have the right to discipline her? Get out of my way!"
However, Ji Nan showed no intention of stepping aside, still blocking Mo Jiantao.
Mo Shu seed not to notice that her own father was being blocked by her bodyguard and casually picked up the naplate that read ’Mo Jiantao’, "Hmm? Assistant General Manager?"
Hearing this, Mo Jiantao felt a trace of pride, sneering coldly, "Yes, Assistant General Manager. I beca one in less than two years. With your capabilities, you’d probably need ten years to reach my position, if you know what’s good for you, you’d better scram before I make soone throw you out, which would be embarrassing!"
Mo Shu pursed her lips and chuckled lightly, "I didn’t know you were so capable."
"What is going on here."
A frail yet commanding voice rang from the doorway.
Everyone turned towards the voice, and Mr. Mo made his entrance, followed by two secretaries.
He leaned on his cane, his hair white with age, but his wrinkled face was energetic and his eyes, still clear, held an unparalleled authority.
"Chairman!"
"Chairman!"
Greetings echoed one after another in the eting room,
Mo Shu sweetly called out, "Grandpa."
Mr. Mo’s face softened imdiately upon hearing his beloved granddaughter’s voice.
Yet, as Mo Jiantao turned around, he complained at once, "Dad, look at this insolent girl, she lacks all respect, just an intern who’s been here for barely two days and she dared to rush up here. If you don’t discipline her soon, she might shoot for the stars!"
"Enough," Mr. Mo walked towards the main seat, "I allowed her to co."
Mo Jiantao was stunned, then showed a look of resentnt, "Dad, are you confused? This is a high-level corporate eting room, why should an intern like her be here? She understands nothing and is embarrassing our family!"
"Shut up!" Mr. Mo frowned deeply and scolded, "You’re her father, you should be happy she’s here!"
Mo Jiantao disdainfully replied, "Because I am her father, I know exactly what she’s capable of. She doesn’t even have the qualifications to step in here!"
Mr. Mo walked to his seat with a stern face as his secretary pulled out a chair for him and took his cane, waiting beside him.
The other secretary took out a brand-new naplate and placed it to the left of Mr. Mo.
Mo Jiantao had an ominous premonition. As he stared closely, he saw two bold characters engraved on the naplate: Mo Shu.
And beneath Mo Shu’s na, there were smaller words: Assistant General Manager.
Mo Jiantao’s face turned pale, and he gasped, "Dad, what does this an!"
Mr. Mo ignored him and instead said, "Mo Shu, introduce yourself."
"Nice to et you. I am Mo Shu. Starting today, I will beco..." Mo Shu’s eyes shifted slightly, glancing unwittingly at Mo Jiantao and smiling ambiguously, "the Assistant General Manager that I wouldn’t reach in ten years."
