Her face bore wrinkles, but her skin was incredibly pale.

To be honest, Gu Wenjuan was sowhat afraid.
Especially now at dusk, with the wind howling, the combination of these elents and the strange old lady felt quite eerie.
Gu Wenjuan subconsciously thought to leave, then she heard the elderly woman say, "Little Mo Shu, Granny has found you a nice friend."
Mo Shu?
Gu Wenjuan turned her head, sowhat intrigued.
Was it Mo Shu, or so other homophonic character?
The old woman quickly approached Gu Wenjuan, saying, "Miss, could you perhaps keep my granddaughter company for a while? Her mom’s gone, and our poor little thing has no one to dote on her. Could you play with her, pretty please?"
Gu Wenjuan looked at the empty space the woman was seemingly supporting, feeling even more mystified, "Granny, your granddaughter’s na is Mo Shu? Which Mo is it, and which Shu?"
"It’s the Mo from ’literati’ and the Shu from ’expressing one’s feelings in beautiful days’," the elderly lady said with a smile, "Nice, isn’t it?"
Gu Wenjuan was stunned.
These two characters were not common in nas; together, it was even less likely to encounter soone with the sa na.
Gu Wenjuan wanted to confirm, "Is it Princess Mo?"
The old woman nodded, "Yes, our Mo Shu is a princess indeed, so beautiful and intelligent, ah..."
As she spoke, she tried to move past Gu Wenjuan and walk on, muttering to herself, "Just cursed with bad luck, bad luck indeed!"
Gu Wenjuan watched as she was about to cross the road and got startled, "Granny, wait!"
Granny Sha shrugged off her hand, annoyed, "Don’t pull on , my granddaughter is waiting for . Her mother just passed, and I need to be with her. I can’t stay here with you. She’s waiting for ; if I’m late, she’ll cry!"
Gu Wenjuan was tongue-tied, knowing that the old lady might not be very lucid. She could only say, "Princess Mo is not in that direction. I know where she is, may I contact her for you?"
Granny Sha looked bewildered upon hearing this, then said, "My little Mo Shu is at ho, I know where she is."
"I’m a good friend of Princess Mo. Why don’t you sit for a while? Co, sit here for a mont, and just wait a bit. I’ll call her for you."
"Really?" Granny Sha looked at her, half-doubting before shaking her head, "Our Mo Shu has a bad temper, not many kids like to play with her."
Gu Wenjuan didn’t know what to say.
It seed Princess Mo had been difficult from a young age.
After much persuasion, Gu Wenjuan finally coaxed the old lady to sit down and took the chance to call Princess Mo.
The first call went unanswered, and the old woman looked at her with great disappointnt, "Is our Mo Shu not willing to answer the phone?"
Gu Wenjuan felt inexplicably lancholic, "She might be busy."
The elderly woman seed even more disheartened, "She’s only five. How can she be busy? She must be hating , for not stopping her mother’s suicide in ti, for hating ..."
