The lyrical music soon ended, and Mo Shu looked at the gentleman before her, her lips slightly curving, ready to speak.

But at that mont, soone shouted, "Tango!"

Within two seconds, the band started playing a world-famous, elegant tune.

"One Step Away"

Mo Shu, hearing this lody, felt a stir in her heart and, tilting her head and raising her eyebrows, looked toward the man before her, her querying eyes making her thoughts plain.

The man, similarly without speaking, had already assud a stance ready to engage with her.

Mo Shu’s hand rested on his shoulder, and then her waist was encircled.

Her eyes, pretty as if containing the stars themselves, slightly bent, her body moving gracefully and fluidly with the dance steps.

With just a light touch of her toes on the ground, he lifted her up.

His strong and energetic arms gave her a sense of security.

Mo Shu kicked her leg into the air, performing a stunning split that amazed many others dancing around them.

And whether it was an illusion or not, Mo Shu thought she heard the man beside her take a sharp breath.

Glancing sideways, she saw concern and fear in his eyes, which also shone with astonishnt.

This woman...

Mo Shu’s lips cornered into a slight smile, her movents crisp as the music changed and the powerful, resounding tune made their dance more swift and decisive.

The woman moved like a supple water snake, agile yet forceful, the two of them sparring and parrying, their movents syncopated to the rhythm of the music.

Though the two had never danced together before, their coordination was eerily perfect.

Mo Shu’s eyes were full of amazent, and she couldn’t help but laugh lightly in praise, "Great!"

The man in front of her smiled faintly but didn’t speak.

Then, as the tune changed once again, Mo Shu, her lips curving into a smirk and her knees bending, the man instantly understood her intent and lifted her. Her flowing golden dress seed enchanted, captivating everyone’s attention.

Held in his arms, Mo Shu spun in place, unable to contain her joyous expression, then her body was gently tossed by him and she turned gracefully through the air before being caught in his embrace.

Many around them stopped dancing to watch their elegant and spectacular performance, unable to resist applauding.

Mo Shu’s smile had not yet faded when she suddenly found herself caught in the depths of his eyes.

The music halted at that mont, and the surrounding applause grew louder. Mo Shu’s hands on his shoulders, she suddenly noticed his eyes growing deeper and more intense.

Her heart skipped a beat.

Mo Shu, having lived two lifetis, felt for the first ti on a man’s body, a sensation known as a heartbeat.

A thrumming sensation that teased her nerves, making her head spin at that mont.

Before she could react, he had pulled her tightly into his arms, one hand cradling her face, and dipped down to capture her moist and lovely red lips.

The man was clearly inexperienced, dominating yet tender as he pried apart her lips and caught her tongue, his movents gentle yet revealing an unmistakable awkwardness.

Mo Shu’s eyes widened and she imdiately pushed him away, raising her hand to his face in annoyance.

But the man was quicker, catching her hand, his laughter tinged with helplessness, "Weren’t you just having a great ti? Getting violent over a kiss, aren’t you being a bit ungracious?"

That familiar voice, that familiar tone!

Mo Shu stared at him in disbelief, exclaiming, "Yu Siqiao?"

Seeing her shocked expression, Yu Siqiao’s face darkened, "Who did you think it was?"
