"Earrings?" Mo Shu’s eyes flickered with confusion. "Have you ever given earrings?"
Yu Siqiao was choked with anger, grinding his teeth, "This afternoon! I had the mall deliver them to you!"
Mo Shu suddenly realized and said with so surprise, "So it was you who sent them? I thought the mall was compensating ."
Yu Siqiao stepped closer to her, staring intently, "So, where are they now?"
Mo Shu blinked, appearing utterly indifferent, "I gave them away."
Yu Siqiao clenched his fists, his breathing roughening with rage.

Startled, Mo Shu finally looked directly at him.
Yu Siqiao was drenched from head to toe, with water still dripping from his sleeves and the hem of his shirt, his handso face now terribly gloomy, as if about to drip with darkness.
Yu Siqiao glared at her fiercely, and with a forceful toss, he threw the towel onto the ground. "The gift I gave you, what right do you have to give it away to soone else!"
Mo Shu, looking at his fuming face, felt a ss inside, and hastily explained, "It’s not just anyone I gave it to; it’s Gu Wenjuan!"
I’m giving the gift to your precious main female character; shouldn’t you feel reassured by that?
Who would have thought, Yu Siqiao seed even angrier as he yelled at her, "So what if you gave it to Gu Wenjuan? Does that make it any less of a waste of my effort?"
Mo Shu, baffled, stood up to argue back, "I didn’t know it was from you; I thought it was compensation from the mall. Moreover, I didn’t give it to just anyone; it went to Gu Wenjuan! Gu Wenjuan isn’t doing well right now; it’s like compensating and giving it to her so she can accept it with peace of mind, which is much better than just giving her money, right?"
This explanation made Yu Siqiao burst into a mocking laugh. "So, you took my carefully selected gift to aid the poor?"

Mo Shu was confused and cried out, "I didn’t say she was poor; I’m just helping her out in a more tactful way!"

"You are indeed using my things to aid the poor!" Yu Siqiao was so angry that his knuckles whitened, his eyes reddening, "Stop playing the good guy. Do you think she would be grateful to you for that? She’s terrified of you, the nicer you are to her, the more she suspects you have ulterior motives!"

So, was he warning her to stay away from Gu Wenjuan?
Mo Shu was also infuriated, her breathing hastened as she yelled back at him, "Yes, I have ulterior motives; you better keep an eye out, or I will take the chance to kill her!"
Cheng Du hurried to hold back Yu Siqiao, saying, "What are you fighting about at this ti? With this strong wind, aren’t you cold?"
Yu Siqiao shouted back loudly, "Cold, how could I not be cold? Why don’t you jump into the sea and try?"
Cheng Du, yelled at and taken aback, closed his eyes and then tried to smooth things over, "Then let’s hurry back."
But Yu Siqiao felt a pain in his chest from the anger.
Cheng Du knew to ask if he was cold, yet this damned woman only knew how to argue with him!
He had taken the risk of jumping into the freezing water for whom?
She could be so kind to Gu Wenjuan, so why was she becoming worse and worse towards him?
The more Yu Siqiao thought about it, the angrier he beca. He stood there watching Mo Shu for two seconds, realizing she genuinely had no reaction, suddenly feeling his heart chilling even more.
Enraged, he kicked a nearby chair and yelled at her, "You’re sothing else!"
