Upon hearing those two words, Mo Shu’s eyebrows twitched, then deepened into a frown.

anwhile at the door,

Yu Siqiao glanced down at Mo Shu’s new confidante and said coldly, "Where is she?"

Ji Nan, faced with Yu Siqiao, subconsciously blocked his path and said, "The Princess isn’t feeling well; she’s still resting. Is there sothing you need?"

Yu Siqiao lifted the item in his hand to Ji Nan.

Ji Nan, startled, instinctively accepted it.

The next mont, Yu Siqiao attempted to walk past her.

Ji Nan quickly blocked his way again, "Thank you for the gift; I’ll let the Princess know when she wakes up."

Yu Siqiao’s expression darkened, "Are you blocking ?"

"I wouldn’t dare," she said, but Ji Nan still stood in his way, "However, Mr. Wu just ntioned that Princess Mo’s pregnancy isn’t very stable, and it’s crucial she stays calm. Any upheaval could harm both mother and child."

Mo Shu, sitting in the Observatory, heard Ji Nan’s obviously fabricated excuse and silently chuckled.

That Ji Nan, she truly was a talent.

Yu Siqiao’s eyes narrowed slightly, his voice also lowered, "Then, I’ll go inside to check on her."

Yet Ji Nan didn’t budge, assertively stating, "Young Master Yu, the Princess needs tranquility..."

"Step aside," Yu Siqiao lost his patience, "Block again, and I’ll directly wake her up."

Ji Nan was sowhat angry, yet still respectful, "Our Princess has always lived candidly, unlike so..."

"Enough," Mo Shu spotted her anger, "Let him in."

Yu Siqiao, upon hearing Mo Shu’s voice, seed different, as if not coming from inside the room.

He squinted, his gaze shifting toward Ji Nan.

Ji Nan felt a chill down her spine, yet stood even straighter.

Yu Siqiao moved past her and headed inside, just in ti to see Mo Shu walking out from the balcony.

Mo Shu, dressed in a loose long dress, her hair disheveled and face sowhat pale but still spirited.

She hardly looked like she had just awakened. It seed her health was not too bad.

Feeling sowhat relieved, Yu Siqiao’s eyes landed on her abdon.

Mo Shu coldly stared at him, "What are you doing here?"

"My parents heard you had a pregnancy scare, and they insisted I bring so tonics," Yu Siqiao walked toward Mo Shu, "Quite capable, aren’t you? In less than half a day, you managed to have Grandpa Mo make a trip to my house to reprimand them."

Mo Shu was taken aback, then furrowed her brow, "My grandpa went to your house?"

"You didn’t know?"

She knew nothing about it!

Mo Shu gave the man in front of her a cold look, "So my grandpa went to see your parents, and that’s why you ca to see ?"

"I had to see if you were still alive."

Mo Shu tugged at her lips, "Thanks for that, I won’t die just yet. Ji Nan, show the guest out."

Ji Nan imdiately stepped forward, "Young Master Yu, please."

However, Yu Siqiao didn’t seem to intend on leaving, instead, he coldly curled up a mocking smile, "Grandpa Mo told to keep you company and apologize to you properly. Was this not your wish?"

Mo Shu felt a tightness in her chest and burst into an angry laugh, "Is that so? Then I really appreciate your effort. Since you’re here, I’ll take it as if you’ve apologized. Now you can leave!"

Yu Siqiao walked toward Mo Shu, watching her clearly irate expression, "Are you asking to openly disagree while secretly agreeing?"

"That’s called adapting to the situation!"

"What a pity, I’ve always been very obedient," Yu Siqiao stood before her, intentionally saying, "I’ve always listened to my elders."
