At a spot unnoticed by Sun Qing, Yu Siqiao still stood in front of Mo Shu, his eyes intensely burning, as though wanting to lt her.
Mo Shu turned her eyes away slightly uncomfortably and snapped, "Get lost!"
Yu Siqiao’s smile deepened, as he bent slightly, whispering, "The kids are starting to understand things, we have to let them know mom and dad are very much in love."
Mo Shu scoffed, "What the hell do they understand."
"Pi!" The little one in her arms suddenly shouted.
Mo Shu was dumbstruck.
The other little milk jar mimicked, "Pi Pi! Mama Pi Pi!"
Yu Siqiao showed an innocent face, "See, don’t say bad words, kids are easily led astray."
Picking one up, Yu Siqiao said, "Call Daddy."
"Baba!"
The honey jar in Mo Shu’s arms also shouted, "Baba Baba!"
Mo Shu felt frustrated, and softly said, "Call Mom."
The honey jar: "Baba!"
Yu Siqiao burst out laughing, leaning over to give the honey jar a kiss.
The honey jar happily grinned, laughing heartily, looking utterly thrilled.
Yu Siqiao leaned over, raising the little Tangguan in front of him, and the two jars clasped each other’s little hands and suddenly laughed more joyfully.
Mo Shu couldn’t help but chuckle, instinctively squeezing the little honey jar tighter, suddenly receiving a kiss on her cheek.
Mo Shu froze.
When she regained her senses, Yu Siqiao was already lifting up the little Tangguan and said, "Let’s go!"
The spot where the kiss landed felt warm.
Mo Shu’s lips curled, as warmth filled her heart silently.
"Princess!" An eunuch walked in, smiling, "His Majesty requests your presence."
Yu Siqiao had just held the kids and was about to leave when he heard this, glancing over.
Mo Shu was a bit surprised, "Father is looking for at this ti?"
"Yes," the eunuch replied, "The Emperor is in the Imperial Study Room with General Song and Marquis Xuan Yuan, waiting for the Princess to discuss."
"Got it," Mo Shu stood up, looked at Yu Siqiao, carrying the kids as she walked toward him, "Hold them."
"Baba!" The little honey jar reached out to Yu Siqiao joyfully and with a baby-like voice.
Yu Siqiao smoothly received, whispering, "You go ahead."
Mo Shu holding the kids, suddenly said, "Would you be willing to lead the troops, assist at the border?"
Yu Siqiao was entirely surprised, "?"
If anyone else had said this, Yu Siqiao might have thought they just wanted him to find sothing to do.
But Mo Shu knew his identity.
He was the forr Crown Prince of Liehuo Country.
Now he still had his forr subordinates by his side, also a General, yet Mo Shu still asked him...
Yu Siqiao leaned closer, whispering sothing only the two of them could hear, "Aren’t you afraid I might run off with your country’s troops or rebel?"
Mo Shu looked directly at him, with a hint of smile, raised her eyebrows teasingly, "Would you dare?"
Yu Siqiao slightly raised his lips, "Why wouldn’t I dare?"
Mo Shu abruptly leaned closer.
A breeze swept by, a faint fragrance brushed past the nose, and Yu Siqiao’s heart rippled with it.
She reached out, her slender white finger resting on his chest, softly said, "If you dare to do this, you’ll lose forever in this lifeti."
As she spoke, her eyebrows raised challengingly, "Would you dare?"
Yu Siqiao’s smile broadened, resignedly said, "I don’t dare."
"Then behave," Mo Shu poked his chest forcefully, "I will request permission to send you to assist General Song, I don’t want the father of my children to be a good-for-nothing who freeloads."
