There’s a kind of unspoken understanding, where no words are needed; you don’t speak, yet I still comprehend.
When the deputy director of the psychiatric hospital called again to report that Wang Zhilin was on her last legs, Su Yanyi hesitated for a mont and did not respond imdiately. Instead, she hung up the phone and began to ponder sowhat absentmindedly.
Qin Jiran, after taking a shower, saw just such a scene. He had seen Yanyi deep in thought twice now, but her expression this ti was different. The first ti she must have been calculating sothing, but this ti she appeared more solemn, as if making a decision—it wasn’t quite the sa.

"Do you want to go see her?" To see or not to see, that is likely what Yanyi is pondering right now.
In truth, regarding the matters of Wang Zhilin and the Wang family, not to ntion Qin Jiran, even the Su family mbers were sowhat puzzled. Given Su Yanyi’s personality, the information they had wasn’t enough to justify her taking such ruthless actions against the Wang family, especially Wang Zhilin. No matter how petty or possessive Yanyi was, she would never tornt soone to such an extent just because they tried to snatch her man!
Even more so, the Su family mbers felt that with Su Yanyi’s character, even if soone hired an assassin to kill her, she wouldn’t have acted like this. But Su Yanyi did exactly that, which made many who knew her and were aware of this affair speculate that there must have been sothing severe that they were unaware of.
And this also constituted a hidden pain in the hearts of the Su family mbers as well as Qin Jiran because they all suspected that, perhaps in so unknown place at an unknown ti, Yanyi had been bullied by that detestable woman Wang Zhilin. Otherwise, why would Yanyi have taken such a drastic step? They knew the deeper the hatred, the deeper the wound must be.
Thus, whether it was the Su family mbers or Qin Jiran, none had the slightest sympathy for the Wang family or Wang Zhilin. Especially Qin Jiran, his loathing for the Wang family was even deeper than that for the Qin family.

If she dies, just send her back to Madam Wang of the Wang family," said Qin Jiran. He didn’t want Yanyi to see Wang Zhilin again. Seeing that woman would only affect Yanyi’s mood, and now that Yanyi was pregnant, it was not advisable for her to experience any major emotional disturbances.
Yanyi tapped her fingers on the bed. After a brief mont of silence, she slowly said, "Let’s do that then."
