"I’m the Best" reached its third phase of filming, the live elimination round, going from sixty-two to twenty, still decided by eight judges and the live audience’s votes. However, there was a twist with three-way PK rounds, twenty groups in total, with two groups each consisting of four contestants. The one with the highest votes in each group advanced, while the other two or three were eliminated.
Yet for those contestants who were eliminated, the production team also offered them a chance to return to the stage. Nine votes, combining the eight judges and the live audience, could directly bring back nine people. The audience voted together, with the highest vote-getter being revived. In the case of a tie in votes, all tied contestants would be revived. If judges chose the sa contestant, they wouldn’t cast additional votes, thereby reducing the number of revival opportunities.
