"Okay, thank you, little auntie’s husband." Xiao Su Nuo was so happy, but he wondered if he could ask for a few more photos, as he really wanted them himself.

Lately, Xiao Su Nuo had been freeloading als at the small building where Qin Jiran always made sure to prepare an extra serving for him and even cooked a special dish that was suitable for children, making Xiao Su Nuo more and more satisfied with the food.

After dinner, Qin Jiran found so autographed photos he had prepared earlier and generously gave them all to Xiao Su Nuo, who held the stack with wide-eyed surprise, amusing Qin Jiran once again.

"What, you think it’s too many?" Qin Jiran touched Xiao Su Nuo’s head; the child was just too cute.

"No, not at all, the more the better, thank you little auntie’s husband. I’m heading back now, goodbye!" Xiao Su Nuo said as he hugged the photos and ran off, as if soone was chasing him from behind. It made one wonder if he was afraid Qin Jiran would change his mind and ask for the photos back.

In mid-June, the weather beca very hot. Su Yanyi’s system points had finally reached thirty-two, which ant that the little baby in her belly was already two months old. It was also during this ti that Su Yanmo finally returned from abroad, bringing back his rcenary Company to the country. However, after much consideration, the majority of rcenary Company’s operations remained overseas, as the dostic environnt wasn’t suitable. But now Yanmo no longer needed to work abroad often; he could remotely control everything from within the country. This change made Xiao Su Nuo very happy, as were the elders of the Su family.

During this stage in the show "I’m the Best," the sixty-two contestants had gone through secret recording and testing activities that were almost entirely focused on their character, involving simple little tests.

Tests included teaching notes left behind by various ntors after lessons, encounters with lost children during physical fitness tests, chance etings with thieves, fast food with unequal portions, and the physical labor involved in setting up props. These were all everyday occurrences that the contestants might face, but they were carefully orchestrated tests by the show’s producers, of which the contestants were completely unaware and had never been publicly disclosed.

At this ti, Qin Jiran was watching the videos of these tests in his office. Sixty-two contestants went through sixty-two small tests, so individually and so in small groups. In these videos, Qin Jiran observed a miniature spectrum of human life, which he found very interesting.

"Director Qin, what do you think of these videos?" Liu Yitong had also watched these videos and found them interesting, but he felt that a large part of the content did not seem suitable for broadcast.

"Extract a portion that is suitable for airing as behind-the-scenes footage. As for the inappropriate parts, let’s archive them," Qin Jiran said. He wasn’t a defender of morality, nor was this a moral talent show. There was no interest in looking for trouble, and those contestants with issues in certain areas could forget about signing with Splendid Company. He wouldn’t use such people, and neither would Splendid.

"Do you think those people will catch on?" Liu Yitong was sowhat worried that those individuals might beco angry after realizing.

"Then it has nothing to do with us," Qin Jiran said nonchalantly. If those people could catch on, they ought to realize they must be careful in their future actions. Understanding that is vital for succeeding in the industry; consider it a free lesson for them.

After thinking it over, Liu Yitong agreed, saying, "Right, what does it have to do with us? We’ve already told them that everything during the training period would be recorded. Now that we’ve captured these incidents, it’s their own problem."

So it was settled. The heartwarming scenes of several contestants caring for others also beca highlights that were broadcast on the show, garnering them quite a few more supporters. In particular, a kind-hearted young man who escorted a lost child all the way ho and a valiant heroine who skillfully took down a thief in a few punches and kicks were firmly rembered by the audience!

At this point, one must acknowledge Qin Jiran’s shrewd judgnt, for these two were team mbers he had his eye on, brimming with potential and talent. Now that they had shown their good character, Qin Jiran had even more appreciation for them and had already discreetly made arrangents with Du Wen to pay extra attention to these individuals. If there were no problems, he planned to sign them under the company’s na sooner rather than later.
