After touching the white whale, Xiao Su Nuo seed to have grown braver. Following Mother Su’s lead, he truly kissed the whale’s large head. After the kiss, he imdiately jumped up and clapped his hands vigorously, as if he were delighted and also applauding his own courage.
Su Yanmo, holding his cara, captured this mont forever. A child’s smile is always the most beautiful.
Su Yanyi and Qin Jiran also squatted by the edge of the pool, enticing the white whale with small fish. The whale was very smart; not only did it co over for food, but it also knew to give a couple of calls to express thanks, which made Su Yanyi fond enough to pet it. Qin Jiran, too, recorded this scene with his cara. Just like Su Yanmo capturing Xiao Su Nuo’s photo, Qin Jiran also wanted to record every mont of Su Yanyi; these would beco their most cherished mories.
Eventually, Su Yanmo and Qin Jiran each took turns taking photos of one another. So were father and son photos of Su Yanmo and Xiao Su Nuo, so were husband and wife photos of Qin Jiran and Su Yanyi, and so were family portraits with all the Su family mbers. Pan Yan and Kang Zhong also took several photos together, and even the Dark One team took a group photo under Qin Jiran’s direction. The various loving and amusing images appeared so warm to anyone looking at them.
Aside from the White Whale Pavilion, the Su family also visited the Penguin Pavilion, Seal Pavilion, and other places. Xiao Su Nuo said that he liked the little penguins the most, with their wobbly, cute movents. As he watched, he mimicked them, making everyone burst into laughter.
At the end, they watched a highly impressive animal show at the Marine Theater. The animals acted like human perforrs, each taking on different roles to put on an animal stage play. The little seals could play the harmonica, play the piano, dance and even do sorsaults, their movents agile and comical, causing the Su family mbers and other spectators to laugh continuously.
The Su family stayed very late before they reluctantly left. Of course, Xiao Su Nuo was the happiest and least willing to leave. Su Yanmo, seeing his son’s reluctance, promised to bring him back again, which finally brought a happy smile to Xiao Su Nuo’s face.
In the following two days, the Su family went to the beach. The clear blue sea and sky filled the area with laughter and joy, making it feel even more carefree. Compared to the steel city they had recently left, it felt like a completely different world.
"What should we do? I don’t want to go back," sighed Mother Su, lying in Father Su’s arms. Compared to the enjoyable days here, the days of working at ho seed like a donkey’s life!
"Then let’s hand over the company to the young ones, and we can be free to go wherever we want," Father Su, who also seed to really like it here, was already considering the issue of choosing a successor.
Actually, the issue of succession for the various Su family businesses did not require much consideration; including Qin Jiran, there were only three people among the younger generation who could take over. With so many Su family businesses, the matter of succession was entirely voluntary. It was about choosing whatever you were interested in taking over, or if you weren’t interested at all, you could start your own business. If the older generation couldn’t find a successor, they could easily look among the other subordinates in the Su family; it didn’t necessarily have to be a direct descendant of the Su family. It was just that the previous elders never felt like letting go, but after going on a vacation, they indeed felt that working every day was sowhat tedious and dull.
"Yanyi is pregnant now, and Jiran is taking care of Yanyi. Yanmo has taken over the rcenary Company. Tell , whom should I find to take over?" Mother Su counted on her fingers, but couldn’t find anyone after lots of thought.
"Hahaha, then we should wait until Yanyi gives birth to the baby. Oh, Yanyi, you should give birth quickly. Your dad and mom are waiting for you and Jiran to take over," chuckled Father Su while teasingly signaling his daughter, making Yanyi listen with much helplessness on the side.
