Seeing Su Yanyi smile, Qin Jiran also let out a sigh of relief. He took her hand and held it within his own, saying earnestly, "I’ve never thought that way. The you before, the you now, and even the you in the future, no matter what you’re like, you are always the best!"
"So, you like no matter what?" Su Yanyi had understood Qin Jiran’s aning, and her sentence was filled with certainty.
"Of course!" That was a given. His Yanyi, where could there be a flaw? Naturally, he liked everything about her!
Su Yanyi laughed, her smile sly, and said, "So you like as I am now too, then!"
Qin Jiran almost choked on his own saliva, why did he feel that Yanyi was starting to act a bit shaless at this mont!
"Here, have so soup, be careful and don’t choke," Su Yanyi urged, pushing the soup toward Qin Jiran. He had a wry smile on his face, feeling that Yanyi was truly teasing him!
After they had finished their dinner bathed in a sowhat peculiar atmosphere, Qin Jiran took it upon himself to start clearing up the table. Usually, at this ti, Su Yanyi would either go to the bedroom or the second-floor living room to watch TV, waiting for Qin Jiran to finish and bring her fruit and drinks. However, Su Yanyi today seed intent on taking the strangeness to the end, busying herself behind Qin Jiran as well.
"Oh, Yanyi, I can do it. Why don’t you go rest?" Let her not trouble herself with the work, it made him uncomfortable to watch! He didn’t like to see Yanyi doing these things at all!
Qin Jiran wrapped his arms around Su Yanyi, stopping her activities. In fact, Yanyi didn’t do much, just carrying a plate, but the day’s stresses apparently lowered Qin Jiran’s tolerance, and he couldn’t stand it anymore!
Su Yanyi found it funny. The man didn’t mind doing these chores every day, and now that she did it just this once, he was panicking, which she found both hopeless and heartwarming.
"Sigh!" Yanyi, filled with warmth, didn’t want to say anything at that mont, leaving only a helpless sigh.
"What’s wrong, are you unhappy? Why the sigh? If there’s sothing I’m not doing right, why don’t you just say it? You like this..." It made him both worried and scared.
Su Yanyi raised her fist but tapped it lightly on Qin Jiran’s forehead, tilting his head back, and said, "You’re such an idiot, a big idiot!"
Qin Jiran smiled, and although he was called an idiot, he felt happy. This Yanyi obviously wasn’t really angry.
He kissed the corner of Yanyi’s mouth, bent down to lift her into his arms, and placed her on the nearby sofa, saying, "Sit here for a while, I’ll be over as soon as I’m done."
Su Yanyi sat on the sofa watching the man tidy up the table thodically, feeling a sudden rush of happiness looking at the man who didn’t even want her to lift a finger.
When the man turned around, Su Yanyi quietly walked up behind him and gently wrapped her arms around him, resting her head on his back.
"Jiran..."
"Hmm? What is it?" Qin Jiran could feel that Yanyi seed to have sothing to say.
I love you... Su Yanyi repeated these three words very seriously in her heart!
Qin Jiran didn’t hear Su Yanyi’s response, and didn’t think much of it, assuming she didn’t want to speak. After washing the last dish in his hands, he turned around to embrace Su Yanyi and gently kissed her.
