Su Yanyi, of course, had no such reservations and was about to eat with her spoon when she saw the man pull the egg cake away. Su Yanyi looked at the man and noticed Qin Jiran’s reluctant gaze, paused for a mont, and asked with confusion, "What are you thinking now? Eat, you can’t possibly be that silly."
"I can’t bear to eat it, it’s a gift from you." Qin Jiran pulled the egg cake closer to himself and whispered.
"You really are silly!" Su Yanyi was almost speechless, put down her spoon, and directly took the egg cake in front of herself, as if she wouldn’t let Qin Jiran eat it.
Qin Jiran still looked at the egg cake reluctantly and, after a mont’s thought, tentatively suggested, "How about taking a photo?"
Su Yanyi glanced at Qin Jiran as if looking at an idiot, then helplessly said, "Hurry up and take it, eat it all after the photo!"
"Okay!" Qin Jiran took more than a dozen photos in one breath, capturing every angle—up, down, left, right—before he finally stopped and smiled at Yanyi, "Let’s eat the egg cake together."
"You like it so much, you eat it all."
In the end, Qin Jiran obediently did almost everything but eat the plate of egg cake itself, and not just the egg cake but the other dishes too. This was a dinner Yanyi had specially made for him, and even if it ant bursting, he would have to finish it!
After dinner, the two went to the premiere hall. "Power Struggle" was screening at 7:30 PM, and Su Yanyi and Qin Jiran were catching this showing. When they arrived, many people were already there. Both Su Yanyi and Qin Jiran kept a low profile, wearing hats and scarves, and didn’t attract much attention after sitting down.
The movie started quickly, and Qin Jiran, dressed in a police uniform, looked very handso—handso and majestic, emanating a masculine vibe. His appearance alone triggered countless screams from the young girls.
"So handso! What a man!"
Su Yanyi could hear the cheers of the young girls around her and couldn’t help but glance at Qin Jiran and tease, "The charm of a movie star is quite sothing, eh?"
"Why do you sound a little sour?" Qin Jiran laughed happily, looking at Yanyi, who seed like a jealous girlfriend.
"Are you saying I’m jealous?"
"That’s your word, not mine," Qin Jiran defended himself, looking innocently at Yanyi.
"Humph, what’s there to be jealous about? You are fully mine. They are only screaming at the TV screen; why should I care?" Su Yanyi spoke her mind. She certainly wasn’t going to compete with a group of fans—besides, the more they liked Qin Jiran, the prouder she was, for this man was hers. The more outstanding he was, the prouder she felt!
Seeing Su Yanyi’s proud expression made Qin Jiran’s heart flutter. Glancing around and noticing that no one was paying attention to them, he leaned in and kissed Yanyi. The dimly lit movie theater was the perfect place for kissing.
"Hey, we’re watching a movie. Stop that." After several minutes of kissing, Su Yanyi felt her breathing becoming difficult, and the man still seed unwilling to let go, so she pushed him away with her hand, protesting dissatisfaction.
"I thought I looked better than the one on the screen," Qin Jiran said, clearly not having kissed enough, reluctantly.
"Aren’t they both you?" Su Yanyi asked in disbelief.
"How can they be the sa? Touch ; I can let you touch . You can’t touch the one on the screen," Qin Jiran said as he took Su Yanyi’s hand and placed it on his chest. Even through clothing, she could feel his strong heartbeat.
"Are you getting jealous of yourself?" Su Yanyi, listening to Qin Jiran’s childish words, increasingly felt that the man’s intelligence might indeed be a problem.
