"Yanyi, Yanyi..." Qin Jiran embraced Yanyi tightly, and kissed her deeply, his kiss filled with gratitude and excitent, just like his mood.

On hearing the knock, they rembered there was an activity planned for today. On New Year’s Day each year, the Su family would go to the temple to pray. It couldn’t be said to be superstitious, just an ancient belief and spiritual solace. Yanyi had never thought much of it before, but since her rebirth, she had started to believe in many things.
Her own life had already been so miraculous; the world was so vast, there must be countless more wondrous things.
"We know, we’ll be down in a mont," Qin Jiran said to dismiss the servant, then carried Yanyi to the bathroom. This wasn’t the first ti that Qin Jiran had carried Yanyi like this, but it seed like the first ti both of them were fully awake and honest with each other.
