Su Yanyi didn’t mind showing such an extre, or even sowhat sinister and vicious side of herself in front of Qin Jiran. Perhaps it’s also an aspect of a woman’s confidence, not minding revealing her complete self in front of the man she loves.
Qin Jiran felt uneasy, not because of Su Yanyi’s ruthlessness, but because he wondered just what Wang Zhilin had done to earn such hatred from Yanyi. Intuition told Qin Jiran that there must be sothing he didn’t know about, and it very likely involved so harm to Yanyi. Otherwise, knowing Yanyi as he did, she would definitely not waste so much effort on Wang Zhilin.
"Yanyi, don’t put too much effort into her, she’s not worth it," Qin Jiran said softly hugging Su Yanyi, whispering words of comfort into her ear.
