Su Yanyi’s words apparently made Su Zexing understand sothing; his gaze towards Qin Jiran beca more respectful, and he bent slightly to lead them both towards the back.

The trio walked for about five minutes before reaching a small garden in the backyard. It seed they would need to pass through the garden, yet, as they made their way there, Qin Jiran hadn’t noticed anything particularly unusual. Aside from seeing fewer guests than usual, it still looked like an ordinary clubhouse.

After passing through the garden, Qin Jiran saw a clay pigeon shooting range in the open field. He knew what it was, having tried it a few tis elsewhere. There were a few guests scattered around, and after observing them for a short while, Qin Jiran realized their gun handling and marksmanship were quite good.

Noticing Qin Jiran’s gaze, Su Yanyi seed to understand and asked out of curiosity, "Have you tried it?"

"A few tis," Qin Jiran nodded, his expression neutral, giving nothing away about whether he liked it or not.

"How’s your marksmanship?" Unable to discern, it was best to ask directly. Su Yanyi was genuinely curious.

At this mont, Qin Jiran couldn’t help but think of Su Yanyi’s impressive skills. Now that he saw the Su family owned such a facility, and even with many more peculiar aspects, he recalled having heard that the Su family supposedly had so clandestine industries. Could it also an that Yanyi’s marksmanship was very formidable?

"Very ordinary; I’ve only tried it a few tis," he replied modestly in front of a professional. Qin Jiran felt it was better not to boast about his ager achievents.

As for Qin Jiran’s marksmanship, it was actually decent, ranking fairly high among amateurs. He had once learned it specifically for a shooting film and, afterwards, often frequented similar clubs to hone his skills, resulting in fairly polished technique.

Yet, Qin Jiran had this premonition that Yanyi’s marksmanship must be better.

"No problem, I will teach you." As expected, Su Yanyi sounded even more confident than usual, clearly indicating exceptional skill.

"Alright."

Su Zexing naturally overheard the conversation between the two, feeling sowhat surprised. He had grown up in the Su family and watched the Eldest Young Miss, Yanyi, grow up as well. Known for her cold deanor since childhood, she often appeared as a little adult, sared in frost. But, overwhelmingly adorable due to her delicate features, many children wanted to play with her, especially those orphans adopted by the Su family, though the Eldest Young Miss didn’t really care for them.

Back then, apart from studying with the Eldest Young Master, she barely had any friends or playmates. It was purely by chance that a short-tempered little girl challenged the Eldest Young Miss. After a tie, the competitive spirit in the Eldest Young Miss was sparked, leading to intense training. She then challenged the girl again, and after ensuring the child admitted defeat, the matter was settled. Nevertheless, that child was not one to give up easily. Although defeated, she believed she could strive for victory again. So, gradually a friendship ford through their back and forth, and that child even brought so friends, all fond of competition. Their relationship got closer after their brawls, and they eventually beca friends with the Eldest Young Miss, albeit reluctantly.

Even with that, it was rare to see the Eldest Young Miss interact jovially with those few friends, let alone offer to teach sothing proactively. Thus, her aloof and proud nature was evident. But now, the Eldest Young Miss was taking the initiative to teach her son-in-law marksmanship, which showed that the relationship between the Eldest Young Miss and her son-in-law must be very good indeed, and this reassured him.
