Anita couldn’t help but tremble. She recovered quickly and took two steps back.

"Anita?" Irwin frowned and shouted uncertainly. His voice was a little hoarse, and he didn’t seem wide awake yet.

"Yes, you... you’re awake. Did I disturb you?" Anita took two steps back and said nervously.

While listening to Anita’s words, Owen slowly sobered up. He got up and put on his glasses first.

After Owen put on his glasses, Anita realized that these glasses also had chains, and they looked like the sa ones Owen had worn on the night of the dinner party.

"What’s wrong? Is there sothing on my face?" After Owen put on his glasses, he saw Anita staring at his face. He subconsciously touched his cheek and asked.

"Ah... No, I just feel like I’ve never seen you wearing glasses before," Anita said as she lowered her head.

Owen laughed at Anita’s words and said, "Really? I usually only wear it when I’m working. I didn’t have any vision problems before, but I’ve been too busy with work these past few years, and my vision’s slowly deteriorating, so I wear glasses now."

"Um, aren’t we on a... honeymoon for the next few days? Can’t you rest?" Anita suddenly felt a little embarrassed at the ntion of honeymoon and stuttered.

"You’re right. I should relax. Co on, let’s go eat. We’ll hang out tomorrow." Owen’s mood lifted at the sight of Anita blushing again at the ntion of their honeymoon.

Anita couldn’t help but feel more relaxed as she watched Owen walk ahead of her. She ignored her contractual marriage and began to enjoy the last few days of her honeymoon.

For the next few days, Owen didn’t hide in his study and bury himself in work anymore. Instead, he took Anita out with him every day, either surfing or diving or shopping. Either way, he didn’t have a single day free. They practically went to every fun place they could.

The two of them looked like a real couple and they even developed a tacit understanding.

But happy tis were always short-lived. In the blink of an eye, it was ti to go back to the country. Anita really didn’t want to go back, but she knew it was good enough to be able to spend so many days with Owen.

"You like it here. Why don’t we hang out here for a few more days?" Owen could feel that Anita was obviously sulky for the last two days since she was returning to the country.

Anita said nothing. She shook her head and refused.

In fact, even if Owen didn’t say anything, Anita could feel it. He was the boss of the company, after all, and while they’d been hanging out for the past few days, Anita could often see that Owen was always on the phone. Even though he’d hang up as soon as he saw her, Anita could feel Owen’s pressure.

"Okay, we can co out and play anyti in the future. Hurry up and pack your things to get ready to go ho. After being out for so many days, I also want to go back." Anita looked at Owen and quickly adjusted her mood as she smiled and said.

"Good. Then we’ll co together again," Owen said while smiling at Anita.

"We’ll see. Maybe next ti, you won’t necessarily co with ?" Anita was stung by the word" we" that Owen had just said.

By the ti the contractual marriage was over and they were divorced, since Owen was such an excellent man, how could she still have the chance to co with him? Anita thought sadly.

"Really? Let’s talk about it later." Ou didn’t expect that Anita would say that. He felt a little sad. Although he had said that on a whim, he really wanted to co out with her again.

On the last day, the two of them didn’t expect to part on a sade note because of a single sentence. In the end, they didn’t even say "good night" and went back to their own rooms.

The next morning, the hotel butler ca knocking on the door to remind them that the car was already waiting at the entrance.

Initially, the butler was worried that the newlyweds were still sleeping, so he specially ca to the villa to wait for them. Unexpectedly, just as he finished speaking, the door was pulled open.

Two guests were already standing at the door and fully dressed. The butler was stunned for a mont. He did not know what it ant. Why did this newlywed couple seem so weird?

However, out of professionalism, the butler only froze for a mont before he quickly recovered and said, "Mr. Owen, Miss Anita, the car is already waiting at the door. Should we set off now?"

"Well, let’s go," Owen said first.

Their luggage was already packed and placed in the living room. The butler first stepped aside to let Owen and the others get into the car, then took their luggage out and placed it in the car. He said, "I wish the two of you a happy marriage. This is the wedding gift our hotel prepared for the two of you. Thank you for coming to our hotel this ti."
