"Okay, I’ll pack up and go over later," Anita said with a smile.

"Yes, go straight down to the underground parking lot later. I’ll get the driver to wait for you in the garage."

"It’s okay. There’s no need for the driver to pick up. You have too much on your plate. Don’t drive yourself today. If there’s anything, let the driver send you. I’ll take a taxi over myself," Anita said with a smile as she listened to Owen.

"Be good. I can’t send you back. Let the driver send you back. I’ll feel better that way." Things were already slowly escalating online. Owen was afraid that fans would find their way to his house. He had to be careful for Anita’s safety.

"Okay, I understand. Then you have to rest well at the office. Don’t work too late." Seeing that Owen was so insistent, Anita had to agree.

"Yes, don’t worry."

After hanging up, Anita put away her phone and went to pack a few clothes to bring ho.

On the other side, Owen hurriedly called Sylvia.

"Mom, Anita said she misses you. It just so happens that she doesn’t have anything to do at school these two days, so I asked her to go ho and accompany you for two days," Owen said to Sylvia on the other end of the line as soon as the call connected.

"Okay, let her co back. Your father went fishing again. I have nothing to do at ho myself." Sylvia was naturally happy to hear Owen say this and quickly agreed.

"Yes, I’ll get the driver to send Anita back later. By the way, Mom, spend more ti with Anita these two days. I’ve been a little busy recently and can’t take care of her." Owen couldn’t help but remind Sylvia again.

"Yes, don’t worry about that. But Owen, tell the truth. Why did you suddenly let Anita co to our place? Did the two of you quarrel?" Although she was happy, Sylvia was still a little worried. Why would he let his wife co to stay at their ho for a few days?

"Mom, it’s fine. Don’t worry too much. We’re very close. It’s just that I’m really a little busy. Anita’s a little lonely at ho, so I let her go ho. Besides, don’t you want Anita to accompany you?" Owen was unwilling to tell his parents what had happened at the company and make them worry, so he had to find an excuse.

"Well, that’s good. Anita is a good girl. Don’t bully her."

"Yes, I understand, Mom. I have sothing on at the office, so I won’t talk to you for now." Afraid that Sylvia would ask sothing else, Owen quickly found an excuse to hang up.

"Butler, go tidy up Owen’s room. They’re coming back to stay tonight. Also, get the kitchen to prepare so of their favorite food," Sylvia instructed after hanging up.

"Yes, Madam. I’ll get soone to prepare it imdiately." The butler nodded when he heard Sylvia’s instructions and hurriedly replied.

After the butler left Sylvia, Sylvia sat on the sofa and thought about it. She didn’t know why Owen had suddenly asked Anita to co back, but since he wouldn’t say anything, she wouldn’t ask.

"What’s wrong, Bruce? Is sothing wrong? If you’re busy, don’t stay here." In the ward, Miranda saw that Bruce had been holding his phone anxiously since the morning.

He didn’t say anything when she asked. In the end, Miranda couldn’t help but say with an unpleasant expression.

"Nothing. It’s just that there are so things at the company that haven’t been resolved. Are you angry? I’ll be done soon." Bruce was unwilling to let her worry so much, so he thought about it and didn’t tell her.

"Are you lying to ? I was injured during the filming at the company yesterday. My manager hasn’t told how things are now, and you’ve been staying here to watch . Tell the truth, what happened?"

Miranda had been in the entertainnt industry for many years and had experienced so ordeals. She was a little sad yesterday because of the possibility of a scar on her face, so she didn’t notice anything else.

But so far, she hadn’t received any news. Sothing was wrong.

"Miranda, don’t worry too much. I told you it’s okay. Just rest well." Bruce wasn’t a particularly good liar. When Miranda asked him, he imdiately panicked.

"Give your phone. Hurry." As soon as Bruce panicked, Miranda realized that sothing was wrong.

"It’s really okay. Just rest well." What Bruce didn’t want to refuse was Miranda’s request, but he couldn’t really give the phone to Miranda now.
