"Ethan, what’s wrong? Is there sothing on my face?" Anita turned around and whispered to Ethan, who was staring at her.

Ethan quickly ca back to his senses when he heard Anita’s words. He smiled and said, "It’s nothing. I just saw that you were listening so seriously and thought that I should learn from you."

Anita smiled at Ethan and continued to focus on the lecture without saying anything.

Owen had slept well yesterday. When he woke up in the morning, the thought of being one day closer to Anita’s return made him feel even better.

"Good morning, CEO." Bruce was in a good mood today. When he reached the company and saw Owen, he went up to him and said with a smile.

"Good morning," Owen said as he glanced at Bruce and headed for the office.

"What’s wrong? Is there anything else?" Owen had already walked to the office door and asked when he saw Bruce stop at the office door with him.

"President, didn’t you ask to talk about Miss Miranda being our company’s spokesperson yesterday? I just ca to ask you which product we should choose for her to endorse?" Bruce said to Owen.

Owen froze at Bruce’s words before rembering their conversation the night before.

"Bruce, you’re even more anxious than I am. Why don’t I let you be in charge of this project so that you have more chances to see Miss Miranda?" Owen turned to Bruce and smiled teasingly.

"President, I... I didn’t an that. I’m just thinking about the company," Bruce hurriedly explained while listening to Owen.

"Okay, I know what you an. Go discuss our new electronic product with the marketing departnt and see if Miranda is suitable. If she is, draft a contract and negotiate with Miranda and the others," Owen said to Bruce after a mont.

"Yes, CEO. I’ll get it done imdiately." Bruce agreed without hesitation. He turned and walked downstairs.

Owen smiled helplessly when he saw Bruce’s eagerness, then turned and pushed open the office door.

Bruce was fast. To work for so many years with Owen, his efficiency must have been recognized, and this matter involved his idol, Miranda, so he worked almost twice as fast as before.

"President, take a look at the contract with Miss Miranda." Bruce knocked on the door and placed the contract on Owen’s desk.

Owen casually picked up the contract and flipped through it a few tis before looking at Bruce. "You’re too efficient this ti. Do I have to pay you more?"

Bruce touched his head in embarrassnt. He smiled and said, "President, you don’t have to increase my salary. Let work less for a few days."

"Why? You don’t have a girlfriend. What are you going to do if you stop working overti?" Owen asked Bruce knowingly.

"President, I don’t have a girlfriend now, but that doesn’t an I won’t have a girlfriend in the future. Do you want to stay single?" Bruce retorted aggrievedly.

"Oh, so you want to date. Sure, let the others handle this collaboration with Miranda. You can take a few days off and date," Owen said with a smile as he put down the contract in his hand.

"President, why are you acting like this? Didn’t we agree that I would be in charge of this project?" Bruce said anxiously when he heard that Owen was going to replace him.

"Okay, look at how anxious you are." Owen saw Bruce’s anxious look and paused before continuing. "Since the contract has been drafted, discuss it with Miss Miranda. We can get her to the company as soon as possible to discuss the product endorsent."

Bruce understood after hearing Owen’s words that the CEO had been joking just now, so he relaxed and said to Owen, "Don’t worry, CEO. The ti has been arranged. Miss Miranda and her manager will be at the office this afternoon." Owen nodded at Bruce.

Miranda had been busy since her eting with Owen. Not only did she have to deal with her manager, but she also had to deal with Eric.

So she was shocked when she suddenly received a call from Owen’s secretary, Bruce.

To be honest, even if Owen had said he wanted to discuss the details of the endorsent with her when they t, she wouldn’t believe him.

After all, the entertainnt industry was unstable. Everyone wanted to see who could bring more benefits to them. Her current position was clearly very average, so she didn’t even ntion this to her manager.

"Miranda, did you know that President Owen’s secretary called and asked us to talk to them about the spokesperson position this afternoon?" Miranda’s manager said excitedly while holding the phone.
