Chapter 1560: Big Deal

“Bright Lord!” Braydon Neal seethed with anger.

This scoundrel had deceived him once more.

The passage’s terminus led to Dragon River Battlefield.

Ultimately, it revealed itself as a necropolis.

Here lay a realm devoid of life, saturated only with an eternal aura of death.

Why had the Bright Lord cast him into this realm?

Countless naless monunts surrounded him!

Moreover, judging by their weathered state, they had endured countless years.

Braydon surveyed the graves, noting they were interred at varying tis, hinting at separate burials.

Tis of death differed.

Countless naless graves stretched before him.

A mournful atmosphere hung heavy over the land. Braydon scrutinized the terrain.

There was no life, as if it were cut off from the world.

Braydon could not fathom the Bright Lord’s motives.

With a flash, he ascended, piercing through clouds, departing this realm.

Entering the starry expanse, he beheld a distant blue planet, akin to Earth.

Braydon’s frown deepened!

After his departure, the Bright Lord materialized before a grave.

Tenderly caressing the stone tablet, he murmured with sorrow, “He truly doesn’t rember. He has forgotten everything. He has even forgotten us!”

No one rembered the naless monunt.

When old friends forget.

Who in this world would rember?

Braydon traversed the cosmos, procuring a map from the Second Cosmos to pinpoint his location.

He found himself in the Southern Stellar Realm!

As for which star system precisely, he could not yet discern.

Even with a star map, the small distance it marked would still take Braydon a month to traverse.

The universe was truly vast! Limitless!

On the ninth day after leaving the Bright Lord, Braydon sensed a surge of energy behind him.

It was a beam of light moving so swiftly that nothing could obstruct it; it shattered stars in its path.

It was a starship!

A common mode of transportation in the universe.

However, this one was much faster than a flying cultivator.

Rumors claid its most terrifying feature was its ability to transcend ti.

Braydon had only heard about it from others in the Second Cosmos; he had never seen one before.

The silver streak whizzed past, stretching a thousand ters long.

Yet those aboard seed to notice Braydon and slowed down.

The silver starship gradually halted, hovering above Braydon.

Emblazoned on its belly was the symbol of a red frost leaf.

The starship opened, and a girl in a red dress erged.

Her fiery red lips and flowing hair exuded an indescribable nobility.

“Are you lost here?” she inquired softly.

“Yes,” Braydon nodded faintly. “No wonder,” the girl in red murmured.

“This is a forbidden zone. Cultivators are strictly prohibited, and all kinds of starships must detour around it.”

Braydon was taken aback.

He hadn’t expected such strict regulations in this area.

However, the girl seed unfazed by rules as she proceeded directly through.

“I’m personally transporting a shipnt,” she explained quietly. “It’s too late to detour now. You have to take the risk to save ten days.”

This shipnt must be exceedingly important.

Otherwise, the red-dress girl wouldn’t have taken such a risk!

She invited Braydon aboard the starship to accompany her.

The starship was populated with a diverse group of people, numbering over a hundred, spanning various ages.

They all wore clothing marked with the symbol of the red frost leaf.

A white-haired old man noticed Braydon approaching and whispered to the girl, “Miss, it’s very risky to bring strangers aboard. What if they’re Star Bandits?”

“Old man, you worry too much,” the girl replied dismissively.

“There are no Star Bandits in the Exclusion Zone. Even if there were, would they dare to co here?”

The red-robed girl chuckled and turned to Braydon.

“I’m Isabel Sumner. What’s your na?”

“Braydon Neal,” he replied.

Isabel nodded.

“Rest assured. We’ll reach our destination in seven days.”

“Eldest Miss, starships are strictly forbidden in the Exclusion Zone, and cultivators are not allowed to trespass. Violators will be punished. This kid knows we’re passing through. If he causes trouble, he’ll be in big trouble!” the old man cautioned, trying to silence them.

Isabel frowned.

She disliked violence.

Besides, Braydon seed innocent, having accidentally strayed into this forbidden area.

Both had ventured into the prohibited zone.

No matter who spoke, both faced certain death.

Thus, she wasn’t concerned about the secret being leaked.

Sensing the hostility, Braydon thanked Isabel and retired to the room prepared for him to rest.

During this ti, he received a warning.

The starship’s crew advised Braydon to stay in his room and avoid any mischief.

Otherwise, the consequences would be fatal!

Braydon frowned at the threat but chose to remain silent.

After all, he owed Isabel a favor.

She was the one who had rescued him from the Exclusion Zone; otherwise, he would have had to fly for a long ti.

In the starship’s lounge, young people were drinking and chatting.

“That kid is definitely going to say sothing when he sees us passing through the Exclusion Zone,” soone muttered quietly.

“That’s going to cause a lot of trouble!”

“I heard this area wasn’t forbidden originally!”

A man set down his wine glass.

“It’s said that an important figure from our race once perished in this galaxy,” another young man whispered. “Later, it beca their burial ground, with many significant figures interred.”

“The resting places of important figures shouldn’t be disturbed by outsiders, let alone coveted,” said another with a hushed voice. “That’s why headquarters issued the ban. Anyone trespassing into this Exclusion Zone risks death!”

Their discussion carried an intent to kill.

Only by eliminating Braydon could they feel safe.

It might also prevent future issues!

Braydon overheard these words directly; they couldn’t be hidden from him.

He sat cross-legged in his room, unperturbed by their threats.

If they acted, he would respond in kind.

Isabel addressed everyone, “The cargo we’re transporting this ti is incredibly valuable. Let’s avoid further trouble. Once we arrive, we’ll see Braydon Neal off without complications.”

“Yes, ma’am,” they murmured with heads lowered.

Yet, Isabel perhaps couldn’t rein in these individuals.

They thought the young miss too soft-hearted, believing that eliminating Braydon would resolve all their latent dangers.

However, Isabel didn’t share their view.

Isabel entered Braydon’s room, bearing food. “How did you end up in the Exclusion Zone?” she asked softly.

“I was deceived. Exiting the spatial door landed in the Exclusion Zone,” Braydon replied, his tone tinged with resentnt when he ntioned the Bright Lord.

“You’ve had quite the unlucky streak,” Isabel remarked with a sympathetic smile.

“Are you from the trading firm?” Braydon asked suddenly.

“The Red Frost Leaf Chamber of Comrce spans the entire Southern Stellar Realm,” Isabel replied, surprised. “Haven’t you heard of it?”

Of course, Braydon had never heard of it.

He had never been here before, nor had he interacted with anyone from the Southern Stellar Realm.

Now it was Isabel’s turn to be curious.

Where did Braydon co from?

“I have a silver tear crystal. Do you accept it?” Braydon changed the subject.

“Let see!” Isabel smiled charmingly.

She figured it wasn’t easy for an eminent saint realm cultivator like Braydon to acquire silver tear crystals, so they must be quite rare.

“Take it out,” she said gently. “Our buying price is higher than the market rate!”

The market rate was set by the Cosmos Bank and the Virtual Spirit Association.
