Aestrea, looking at them, spoke.
Right now, the training for those two had finally started, and for now, Aestrea would be the one leading their training.
But then, he would ask Chaerin to train them, since they were ant to be assassins and Chaerin was literally the best assassin in the world.
She had plenty of stuff to teach them about being an assassin.

"Training's done for now. Go ahead and eat for now."
They nodded eagerly, each giving a quick glance to one another before heading off to the dining room.
As soon as they left, Aestrea sighed deeply, furrowing his eyebrows.
"...Now, where can I get spell books for Water and Lightning?" he scratched his head in thought.
Borrowing from the academy was an option, but he couldn't exactly leave the premises with them.
The second he did, an alarm would go off—his movents would be tracked, and he couldn't afford that.
He could freeze ti, sure, but that would burn through his mana for sothing that didn't feel worth it right now.
"...Ah. I could talk with Yara..."
Aestrea muttered, going back to his bedroom.
He checked the room next to it and found a small portal forming.

This was the gate portal that he was going to use to travel to Yara and vice versa, but unfortunately, it would still take a week or two to finish.

Aestrea's smile only widened at her caring words before he took a seat on the sofa and turned on the television.
While he did that, Lumi rolled around, settling herself in a comfortable position before closing her eyes.
"...Nothing interesting is going on the TV..." he mumbled in a bored tone.

"We're back with the groceries!" Alaine's voice echoed out.
Next to her was Chaerin, who decided to accompany her on a little trip to the market.
"Welco back," Aestrea replied, glancing at them before turning his eyes to the TV, hoping to find sothing interesting.
But even after a while, nothing appeared.
"Dammit... maybe I should train a little bit more." Aestrea gently put the sleeping Lumi to the side, and was about to stand up...
"Hold it!"
That is, before Alaine interrupted him.
"Don't you think your body needs a little bit of rest?" She asked seriously, and from the looks of it, it seems that she wouldn't let go of this matter that easily.

They stood like this for a while, but then, Chaerin appeared, and seeing the three of them like this, she also wanted to join them.
Her shyness had almost disappeared, but she still felt a bit... awkward to ask.
Fortunately, Aestrea noticed her out of the corner of his eye, shifting Lumi to his right arm, before stretching his left arm.
"Chaerin, co here."
He motioned with his hand, and upon seeing this, Chaerin's ears perched up as she approached him and lay herself on the left side of his chest while Lumi was on the right.

Chaerin smiled, ruffling her face against his chest before setting herself in a more comfortable position.
Aestrea ruffled her hair, gently touching the hair that touched her forehead before settling it behind her ears.
"...Big brother... we want to sleep too."
Aestrea's actions stopped.
"Pfft..."
And a laugh escaped Alaine's lips.
Standing before them were both Leaf and Ruli, already wearing their pajamas while staring at Aestrea with pleading eyes.
Seeing those eyes, his heart almost lted, and then, he let out a long, tired sigh.
"...I-if you d-dont w-want—" Ruly shyly muttered, but was soon interrupted.
"Co here. There's still so space left."
Aestrea motioned over while holding both Lumi and Chaerin with his right arm before driving his left hand under the sofa and clicking a button.

Alaine whined out as she suddenly felt her legs being lifted. She instantly looked forward and noticed that the sofa had expanded slightly in size.
She was a bit surprised but soon figured out that it was probably one of those sofas that could also unfold into a bed.

The children cheered, quickly scrambling over to Aestrea, their faces lighting up with excitent.
They both grabbed his left arm, holding onto it with tight little hands.
But there was a slight issue—both of them couldn't hold onto the sa arm at once.
Leaf solved this by lowering herself and clinging to Aestrea's waist, while Ruli adjusted, positioning herself higher and lying diagonally across the sofa so Leaf could comfortably fit between Aestrea and herself.

Hence, the entire 'family' was together on the unfolded sofa.
At that mont, the TV screen flickered and distorted, before a new channel abruptly replaced the one Aestrea had been watching.
"Huh?" Aestrea raised an eyebrow in interest.
But suddenly, his expression dropped completely.
"...Aestrea? Did sothing happen?" Noticing his bland expression, Alaine asked in concern before turning her eyes to the TV.
