"What trouble could he possibly get into?"

Qin Jun inquired, knowing that Ji Haoye, the boy with the stubborn temperant, often clashed with Yanxuan, even coming to blows.

To solidify their relationship, Qin Jun had bestowed upon them a spirit-communicating magical artifact specifically for staying in touch; Xiling had one too, ensuring they could contact each other.

Now, with Yuanchu, Liwu, and Yanxuan adventuring abroad, Xiling had beco Qin Jun’s liaison for keeping tabs on them.

On regular days, he couldn’t always keep his Divine Consciousness fixed on his disciples; if he did, when would he have ti to cultivate?

"He’s in battle, grievously wounded. If not for the sensing abilities of the spirit-communicating jade, he might have never called for help!"

Xiling urgently spoke, unable to bear the sight of Ji Haoye suffering, given the hundreds of thousands of years they had cultivated together.

Qin Jun imdiately closed his eyes, searching for Ji Haoye with his Divine Consciousness.

At the fringe of the Chaos realm, two figures were engaged in fierce combat.

One of them was Ji Haoye, sporting wings; his previous fur had shed, and although not handso, his robust appearance was now marred with blood, a horrific sight to behold.

His opponent was a youth with purplish-red skin, horns, and a tail, his face etched with a bloodthirsty, sinister grin, and crimson eyes like red crystals, chilling to the core—indeed, he was the Blood Devouring Demon God.

Ji Haoye’s cultivation had reached the early stages of Manifesting Saint, whereas, in a re ten thousand years, the Blood Devouring Demon God’s cultivation had terrifyingly attained complete mastery of entering the Holy Realm!

The Blood Devouring Demon God’s right hand blazed with flas, his left covered in ice, transford into a sharp sword; his body, as tough as rock, ruthlessly pursued Ji Haoye. Despite Ji Haoye’s advantage in realm, he was being dominated.

They had leveled a million miles into flatland, leaving it riddled with pits and mounds, and shrouded in dust.

Cundi sat leisurely atop a huge boulder, watching the battle with interest, stroking his chin and murmuring, "This little fella is quite impressive. Devouring a Manifesting Saint might just allow him to break through the Manifesting Saint realm in one fell swoop."

Ten thousand years ago, after hearing of the Blood Devouring Demon God’s abnormal talent, Cundi had seized an opportunity to abduct him, and over the millennia, he had cultivated the demon into his own disciple.

The Blood Devouring Demon God had forgotten about Mo Jingcang, knowing only that he was Cundi’s disciple.

Cundi treated him well, imparting Divine Powers and cultivation thods that made the Blood Devouring Demon God increasingly formidable.

Ji Haoye had rely co here in search of treasure when he ran into the Blood Devouring Demon God, whose imnse vitality proved irresistibly alluring, sparking an imdiate battle.

Initially, Ji Haoye was able to thrash the Blood Devouring Demon God, but after being sneakily undermined by Cundi, he was now on the defensive.

"I will eat you! Let devour you!"

The Blood Devouring Demon God cackled maniacally, his hands as fast as lightning, forcing Ji Haoye to dodge endlessly.

"Damn it..."

Ji Haoye seethed with frustration, cursing his itchy teeth. If not for Cundi, he would have slain the Blood Devouring Demon God by now!

Having been tutored by Qin Jun, his combat prowess was formidable; among Qin Jun’s disciples, only Yuanchu could suppress him, with Yanxuan and Liwu trailing behind.

Just then, the Blood Devouring Demon God suddenly opened his maw, unleashing a torrent of flas towards Ji Haoye.

Ji Haoye sought to evade, but Cundi suddenly glared at him, freezing him mid-air, helpless to move.

"What’s happening..."

Terror struck Ji Haoye’s heart, and in the next second, he was engulfed by the fiery wave.

Agonizing pain wracked him, prompting screams filled with rage and tornt, which only thickened the Blood Devouring Demon God’s smile.

"What a hassle."

Cundi muttered from a distance, sowhat irritated. Under normal circumstances, he might covet Ji Haoye’s talent, as he too was a creature born from the Primordial Chaos. Despite countless beings existing now, the initial batch with sentience had talents far surpassing others, known collectively as Primordial creatures.

Yet, when compared to the Blood Devouring Demon God, Ji Haoye’s talent seed hardly worth ntioning.

Cundi had truly invested trendous effort in nurturing the Blood Devouring Demon God.

"I will kill you all..."

In the midst of the sea of flas, Ji Haoye’s furious roar echoed; alas, the Divine Consciousness of the saint trapped his body, rendering him motionless.

The Blood-devouring Demon God smiled even more ferociously, looking forward to his al being roasted, while Cundi remained indifferent.

Soon, Ji Haoye’s wings were burned to ashes, his skin charred, and his blood nearly boiled dry. The indescribable pain nearly drove Ji Haoye mad.

Boom!

Ji Haoye crashed to the ground suddenly, the fierce flas on his body instantly extinguished.

Cundi was moved and imdiately stood up, shouting, "Who is it?"

The Blood-devouring Demon God, also curious, scanned the surroundings, eager to see who dared disturb his feast.

At that mont, Qin Jun appeared out of nowhere in front of Ji Haoye, his gaze cold as though looking at a dead man, staring at Cundi.

"It’s you..."

Cundi trembled all over, retreating subconsciously.

He had spent these years avoiding Qin Jun’s pursuit, barely showing his face. How had Qin Jun found him?

The intense aura of Qin Jun excited the Blood-devouring Demon God, who recklessly lunged toward Qin Jun.

Bang!

In the blink of an eye, Qin Jun arrived in front of the Blood-devouring Demon God, slapped him on the head, and smashed him into the ground, sending thousands of feet high dust billowing into the air. The ground shook violently, leaving Cundi’s face looking extrely ugly.

"Do you really want to be at odds with until death?"

Cundi asked coldly, transforming into the Dharmakaya of the Female Buddha with twenty-four heads and eighteen arms, holding the consecrated vajra and the jeweled marvelous tree.

Qin Jun slowly erged from the clouds of dust, the purple fla at the center of his forehead beginning to pulsate. His profound purple eyes emotionlessly looked toward Cundi and said, "The one who dares harm my people is you who wishes for an endless vendetta!"

Cundi was stunned, having not expected Ji Haoye to be Qin Jun’s man.

Thinking of Ji Haoye’s fighting talent, could he be Qin Jun’s disciple?

Instant regret filled his heart, but in order to save the Blood-devouring Demon God, he could only steel himself and say, "Sorry, this is a misunderstanding, I didn’t know he was yours..."

"Shut up!"

Qin Jun imdiately drew the Primordial Emperor Sword, its blade shining brightly in the heavens and the earth.

Now, at the sa realm as Cundi, killing Cundi was as effortless as slaughtering a chicken, with no pressure.

As Qin Jun’s aura exploded, Cundi could only feel an endless torrent of murderous intent rushing toward him, causing him to tremble with fear.

"You..."

Cundi gritted his teeth, and in that mont, Qin Jun had already appeared before him.

Wearing the Chaotic Treasured Boots that tread the skies, Qin Jun’s moving speed was beyond Cundi’s ability to guard against. The sword blade hung before the main head’s throat, Cundi not even having the ti to dodge.

Feeling the sharp Sword Energy of the Primordial Emperor Sword, Cundi beca rigid, daring not to move, his face covered with beads of cold sweat.

"Do you want to die?"

Qin Jun asked, locking eyes with Cundi, who dodged the gaze in fear.

At this mont, Cundi’s mind was filled with thoughts of how to escape and save the Blood-devouring Demon God.

After spending so much ti and effort, he truly did not want to give up on the Blood-devouring Demon God.

He was curious as to why Qin Jun had not simply killed the Blood-devouring Demon God; he could sense that the Demon God’s aura was still present, not completely dead.

"Your Majesty... there’s no need for us to be like this..."

Cundi weakly smiled and pleaded, adopting a very low stance, even slightly bowing his head in a humble manner.
