Who cares if soone suddenly appeared? Would they dare to attack?

“Governor, the other party did not co from the Star Path. Instead they just suddenly appeared in Vellas. We don’t know how they appeared! The person on the other end was obviously anxious, and Wilson was shocked when he heard this.
