...

The doors to the Adventurer's Guild slamd open as a man in a sunsettish robe with a fox mask on and a busty woman with a white robe and white fox mask entered into the Adventurer's Association in glorious fashion!

"Mhmu!" 'Don't forget !'

Oh, and Emu was situated on top of the fox masked man's bed of long, raven black hair!

...

"That is the newbie and his woman, isn't it?" A man who had been away on a mission asked so of the surrounding adventurers.

"Hush!" The well-built man who was gloating earlier slapped the man who just talked across his head.

"Ow! What was that for, you lughead?!?" He demanded with an irritated look on his face.

"Shut up, you moron! You weren't there when that freak unleashed his aura!! He is not as simple as he seems!! And don't you even entertain the idea of looking at his woman!

Lest you feel like being buried 6 feet under before the sun sets!?!?"

WHACK!

He reprimanded the confused man before slapping him across the head again.

"Ow! Damnit! Can you stop hitting across the head, you dipshit!? I get the point!" He growled with a pained expression as he felt the large red lump protruding out of the back of his head.

"Shut up! Don't talk back to !"

WHAM!

He smacked him again, as the wooden table they were at cracked under the force of his face making contact with it.

He instantly passed out as the man who conducted such a violent act, ignored the unconscious man, and focused his gaze on the couple walking toward the counter.

"Excuse ?" An apathetic voice broke the silence in the crowd as the tall man in the fox mask began to speak.

The lady behind the counter responded with a slight stamr, "Ye-Yes?"

"Could you count all the proof of completions we got from my quests?"

A professional smile erged on her face as she asked him the most logical thing in this situation: "Uhmm, sure! How much do you have?"

It was really too bad that Azmond was anything but the usual

"Around 5000," he stated with a confident tone.

He was almost 95% sure that the amount he had was around that area!

However, the seasoned look on the receptionist's face beca a little crooked upon hearing his response.

"5000 of what, if I may ask? We only count the main monster tags, mind you. That ans only two of every discerning feature, like a horn or an ear from each monster, will count toward the quest."

She inford him of this because she thought he was counting every body part of each monster. Which would be a terminally incorrect way of accounting for the 'proof's of completion'!

"Oh, I am not talking about the appendages. I am talking about the tons." He responded to the receptionist as he took a look around the Guild.

The first thing he noticed was that there appeared to be more Quest notices than usual. If there were a few thousand up there before, then now there were tens of thousands of quests filling up almost every section of the quest board!

Now what he didn't understand was why there would be such a substantial increase in the number of quest notices put on the board

Was there sothing going on behind the scenes?

However, he didn't have long to ponder over that weird occurrence, as he was abruptly brought back to reality by the perplexed voice of the receptionist.

"What? What do you an by 'tons', good sir?"

The expression on her face began to twitch a little as she felt like this man was just playing jokes with her.

"... Do you not know what a 'ton' is? I'm pretty sure this world has incorporated that tric"

"I know what a 'ton' is"

Her face began to darken a little following her slightly annoyed response.

"!?"

However, that darkness disappeared as soon as it ca when she saw the visible glare through the white fox mask of the busty lady behind the irritating man.

Her calm deanor imdiately returned as she looked back at the tall man, who had on a sunsettish-colored robe.

"... Could you please specify what you an, sir?" She asked with a 'friendly smile'.

"Hmm I an exactly what I an; here, just take a look."

Bam! Bang!

Following his dry voice was a simple hand movent as half the Guild suddenly beca enveloped in thousands of monster corpse parts!

The guild wasn't small either! It could even be considered around the size of a large mansion, and yet Azmond filled it up as easily as a snap of his fingers!

"This is around a thousandth of what I have on now. Would you like to take out the rest?"

His deep voice made its way into the ears of the receptionist. However, he was nowhere in sight, as he had already been smothered in the various monster corpse pieces that covered him.

"..."

The receptionist was left in a state of bafflent at the sight before her; however, she couldn't allow him to take out any more monster parts!

"Th-There will be no need for that, sir!" she stuttered.

"Very well."

He took back all of the monster corpse pieces before taking a look at all the astonished faces focused on him.

"..." "..." "..."

Practically everyone in the Adventurers Association was looking at Azmond like he was a freak of nature.

"So where can I put down all the monster materials I gathered?"

"We have a facility sitting outside the Adventurers Association that should allow you to place down all the materials you have," she responded politely.

Although she was more than a little astonished by the feats perford by Azmond, she was, after all, a professional. She wouldn't falter so easily on the exterior.

However, on the inside, she was a complete ss!

'What does this man an by this being only a thousandth of what he has??? What sort of monster hunting can one possibly do to acquire such a vast amount of monster materials?!?'
