Azmond looked at his little buddy after using such an overpowered power for such trivialitieshis smile beca quite wide as he petted Emu one more ti before his voice resounded out across the empty altar.
"Dig in, little Emu!"
Such an exclamation was followed by the waterlon-sized black sli instantly bouncing off of his body before heading toward the few dozen corpses that he had brought to it!

It made quick work of all the draconian corpses, as the nearly 30 draconian 'Elite' corpses were devoured in a re 5 minutes!
The now-giddy black sli didn't seem the least bit full either, as its insatiable hunger made its slimy features distort into sothing unexplainable.
Sothing akin to a black hole from Azmond's perspective
He didn't know what made him think Emu looked like a black hole when it gazed around the altar like it wanted to consu the worldit was just a feeling he felt stemd from the very core of his being.
Seeing the indescribable sight of a small sli the size of a waterlon devouring dozens of 20 foot-long draconian soldiers in one sitting would be a surreal event for any mortal, however
Azmond felt sothing different when he saw such an 'aweso' view.
Excitent welled up within his heart as his deep voice followed soon after.
"Asterion never ceases to surprise when I'm least expecting it. First there was the introduction of cultivation and monsters, and now we even have sli's that can devour without limits.
Could there be a world any more spectacular than this one??"
His words were followed by him walking over to the peaceful black sli before he picked it up and returned all the 'treasures' back into his storage ring.
However
Sothing unexpected occurred in the midst of such a process.
Emu began to shine! It began to shine a bright, radiant golden light as his black, obsidian-like body began to change!
Azmond imdiately let go of Emu before backing a few ters away. His elated expression turned to one of scrutinization as he contemplated the sudden occurrence of his little buddy.
After a few monts of pondering, it seed like he had co to a conclusion.
"Is he going through so type of evolution? I an Just look at those golden features beginning to pop up on its slimy body. If that isn't a tamorphic evolution process, then I don't know what is" Skeptical words flowed out as an apathetic expression erged on his chiseled features.
He couldn't let his stolid facade crack away so easily, but if you were to take a look at the chaotic emotions buried deep within him, then you would see an imnse amount of excitent building up!
Such an intense emotion was on the verge of erupting as he watched Emu go through an evolution!
His eyes never left the sight of his new little buddy becoming what he assud was a higher or adult version of its previous self.
It didn't take a genius to understand that the depictions that he saw on the monolithswith the black and gold sliswere what Emu was about to beco!

** Whirl! ** ** Whoosh! **
The blaring sounds of golden Qi swirling around, consud the space that sealed Azmond and gang off from the rest of the world!
Those whistling sounds only got louder as the cute black sli laying at the center of the altar had reached a Zenith in its transformation process.
"This is a truly exhilarating scene to witness." A hint of his imnse excitent almost leaked through his indifferent voice.
However, no matter how hard he attempted to conceal his irrevocable zeal for the ongoing tamorphosis of his little buddy, the slightly distorted smile on his face imdiately gave him away
He had not shown such visible emotions on his face in what felt like forever, but letting go sotis wasn't always bad. The indifference that ca along with the act of cultivation, added to his already simplistic personality only further amplified his apathetic nature.
That's just who he is

** Whirl! **
The evolution process was approaching its end as the little black sli was going through a multitude of drastic changes!
** BOOooOOM! **
Following a loud explosion, the little sli bobbed out of the swirling cyclone of golden Qi that surrounded him.
His little slimy body had beco a few degrees bigger, as it now had the approximate size of an above-average waterlon. However, its size wasn't the most eye-catching feature it possessed
It was the gold accents and horns that now colored the sli like a beautiful, rich canvas!
It's eyes, now that it had so, were a dark gold hue in the shape of two small marbles that shone like the most expensive of jewels.
And on top of the little buddies head, were two resplendent gold horns that protruded outwards for a couple inches; they were the shape of little miniature gold pyramids.
Such a splendiferous look made Emu look like the most prized possession of an affluent sect! It's dazzling exterior was, however, dulled down by the twilight color that the rest of its body was
Nonetheless, in the eyes of Azmond, the black and gold contrasting together only made him think that the little Emu couldn't beco any cooler!
What could beat gold and black after all??
Nothing!
The deep, raspy voice of his echoed out across the unscathed altar as he approached Emu. His hands stretched out as he grabbed his little buddy in one swift movent. After which, he imdiately began to pet the sli with a small smile on his face.
And it didn't seem like Emu minded such abrupt actions as it made its signature squeaks.
"Mhmu!" "Mhmu!"
It bounced around in his arms with an expression that said it couldn't be any more happy right now!
It had absorbed dozens of large 'lizard corpses' with the help of this foreign creature after all!
How could it not be happy??
Not to ntion that the pets were good
