Hugos case happened two years ago. It was long enough ago that it wouldnt have been weird for mories of it to have faded away already, but due to the very bizarre nature of the cri, many people still rembered it.
Two years ago from today, a certain wealthy person and his family were cruelly murdered. And, the person who was arrested as the culprit was Hugo Coppelius, a talented doll maker. Hugo didnt only cruelly murder the entire family, he also stripped off their skin and affixed it onto mannequins. It was as if he was making stuffed specins. Im sure everyone rembers very well that he was given the nickna of Leather Mask for that very reason
When the audience was reminded of the details of the case once again, many frowned at how atrocious it was.
