Ian and Natasha went straight to the Adventurers’ guild under Jaje’s lead. Ian plans to register as an Adventurer for a few reasons. First, he could use it as an alternate identity if he wants to perform so high-ranking mission personally. Second, as a traverser, who didn’t dream of becoming an adventurer?

The second reason was actually the most important. It was just his whim. Just like that, they reached the Adventurer’s guild in no ti. Ian stood with Jake and Natasha in front of a twenty-ter-high, fifteen-ter-wide building.

"Is this the Adventurer’s guild branch in this city?"

As the king of the Blood Empire, Ian had to admit that he wasn’t fully familiar with the place that he governed. He hasn’t morized all the cities under his empire, which was quite shaful. Fortunately, he still had heard of Barakus City because it was among the few well-known cities. He had heard about it quite a few tis from the mouth of Alaric.

"Yes, this branch is the biggest within the Blood Realm. It’s a pity that the new king hasn’t taken his ti to sign the verification certificate of legitimacy for it." Jake said as he pointed at the door. "Just that door is made of Steel Lizard’s hide. That material is one of the most durable materials one can find in our world. It fetches a high price because it’s one of the main materials for smithing a heavenly-grade armor."

Natasha’s face beca indescribable at this mont as she found it amusing. ’The king in your mouth is just beside you. Still, King Ian doesn’t seem to be taking his role seriously. He hasn’t even signed a certificate for such an important place as the Adventurer’s Guild?’

Ian was oblivious to Natasha’s thoughts. ’Huh? I didn’t sign what?’

As he thought of this, Ian tried to recall really hard, then he rembered the paperwork works a top his desks that had been there for a hundred years. ’Wait... Didn’t let Alaric take care of it. Don’t tell he forgot about it and left it on my desk for hundreds of years.’ Ian beca speechless. If that’s the case, that’s certainly a negligence on his part.

Though, in the first place however, he left the managent of the Blood Empire to the Vampire Council since he didn’t want to be constrained with those damned paper works.

Wasn’t his decision, right? He managed to attain the Ultimate Nine Paths 1 and 2 transformation in those hundred years.

’Well, I’ll sign that Certificate of Verification or whatnot at a later date.’

"Yeah, Steel Lizard’s hide is indeed rare..."

Natasha added.

Hearing this, Ian recalled the grading system of the item. Mortal-level, Heavenly-level, Plunder-level, Super-level, and lastly the God-level. With Mortal-level as the lowest and God-level as the highest. Though Super-level items could only be counted on one hand. God-level? It almost seems to be at the level of six infinite stones of Marvel in terms of value and power.

Heavenly-level items are already excellent, as even Silver-ranked adventurers would be proud if they had one or two. On the other hand, most gold-ranked adventurers were equipped with a ull set of Heavenly grade equipnt.

As Ian thought of this, he couldn’t help but look at Jake’s armor, boots, necklace, earrings, and breastplate. ’They’re certainly Heavenly-grade.’

As Ian, Natasha, and Jake entered the Adventurer’s Guild. A lively sight greeted them. On the left, there is a brown board with a silver fra. Bronze-ranked and Silver-ranked adventurers flocked to the board as they began to assess the tasks papers etched on the board.

There are only three gold-ranked Adventurers inside the guild, with the majority composed of bronze-ranked ones.

"A new D-rank mission to slay the Swamp Berserk Tree? Pass! It’s hard to bypass the Miasma in the Eagle Region in the first place. How could this task be considered D-rank!?"

"Look at this B-rank task, guys! Collect seven rainbow star shards in the Elental Python region. Isn’t this a good thing!? The rewards are 10,000 gold bars, shit! Also, instant promotion to platinum rank!"

"Hey, if you don’t seek death, you won’t die. Just being in the Elental Python region is already like being one step on the grace, and you still want to collect rainbow star shards guarded by Star Tempest Beard? Are you fucking out of your mind!?"

"It would take a team of five platinum-ranked adventurers to complete that safely."

"Hey upstairs! Is this a newly posted S-rank? But there are no Diamond-ranked adventurers here to take this."

Just suddenly, the door of the Adventurer’s guild slowly opened, revealing the Arch-Arachnid’s figure. The scene fell to silence, and at this ti, no one dared to breathe except for Ian and Jake, and the other gold-ranked adventurers.

The Arch-Arachnid strutted towards the mission board, and the adventurers there subconsciously gave way. When the Archnid walked past Ian, she paused for a mont and looked at him in astonishnt as she felt her life suddenly flash in her eyes. She could feel as if she was in the presence of a beast in slumber.

Ian just smiled at her politely.

The Arch-Arachnid quickly took the S-rank task and exited the door with apparent trembling, six feet.

"Damn! A diamond-ranked adventurer actually graced our presence! This guild is really the number one branch in the Blood Realm!"

"Did you feel her aura? I felt so suffocated just now as if I couldn’t move! Is that the difference between us and a diamond-ranked one!?"

"Have you seen the contents of the S-rank task she took?"

"I think that task is about killing the Titan of Flas in the Human World’s Dark Zone. As expected of an S-rank task! The reward is really rich. A pill of Almagamore that could unconditionally allow the consur to awaken the Super Almagamore Eyes!"

The guild suddenly beca even more lively as they conversed about the Arachnid. No one noticed the brief interaction between the diamond-ranked adventurer and Ian except for Natasha and Jake near him.

’Who is this guy? Did that Arachnid just show fear just now?’ Jake’s scalp went numb. ’This guy is actually a powerful being!?’

On the other hand, Natasha didn’t show surprise. After all, she was aware of Ian’s true strength. It wasn’t sothing even a diamond-ranked adventurer could compare.
