After all, Beast Tars weren’t the only ones capable of controlling monsters. Many could do so through illusion or mind control-type skills. It simply wasn’t as efficient as a Beast Tar’s thod, as it required constant skill usage.
So monsters even possessed such abilities themselves.
But then, he considered a possibility.
That eagle... might have been a monster belonging to another Beast Tar.
Leonardo didn’t know whether the rules differed for monsters originally controlled by another Beast Tar—but that seed to be the case.
