Chapter 756: Chapter 758 I Understand a Bit Now

Standing at the door, Fu Yunhe’s eyes twinkled with crystalline flickers.

This was why he had to return to the military academy, knowing full well that the Legion was not a united front, but he still ca back.

He knew that once he stood in that position again, he would definitely face targeting and framing from others, but he returned nonetheless.

Nian Shutong was part of the reason, but there was also that indelible part of him, his deep-seated love for the military camp.

Look at this scene, it made him realize the people in the Legion were lovable.

Fu Yunhe stood at attention, giving the loudest military salute.

“Fu Yunhe, reporting.”

“Enter! Take your seat.”

Hua Yuan stood at the podium and called out to Fu Yunhe.

Fu Yunhe imdiately straightened his arm and briskly ran to his seat, standing at attention again before saluting Hua Yuan.

“Take your seat, the graduation ceremony is beginning.”

“Yes!”

With a loud response, Fu Yunhe sat down in perfect military posture.

Hua Yuan was just about to speak when Nian Shutong arrived.

To be precise, she had arrived early.

It was this scene in the auditorium that made her begin to understand why Fu Yunhe had to reenlist.

It had to be said; it was rather adorable.

“Professor Nian?”

“Hello, Principal, I have a bit of a connection with Fu Yunhe and specifically ca for his graduation ceremony.”

“Good, welco.”

Hua Yuan suppressed the urge to complain, controlling his facial expressions with effort, and pointed Nian Shutong to her seat below.

At this mont, Fu Yunhe’s eyes were filled with Nian Shutong.

Nian Shutong hadn’t worn particularly lavish clothes because she felt they might not be suitable; after all, in the military academy, military uniforms held the highest tribute and respect.

But she hadn’t worn one.

So, she found a training uniform in limited ti, made simple modifications, and wore it fitted on her body.

The patterns on her face were covered with a type of paint they used for training, and she also wore a training hat on her smooth head.

From head to toe, she was efficient and striking.

This was Nian Shutong’s way of saying to Fu Yunhe, “I support you.”

And Fu Yunhe understood.

“Welco everyone to Fu Yunhe’s graduation ceremony.”

Principal Hua Yuan began to speak on the stage.

Everyone listened intently, and Hua Yuan didn’t go into a lengthy speech but rely read out Fu Yunhe’s achievents. He stated that Fu Yunhe had graduated as an outstanding student, attaining the approval of all professors, and the school awarded him graduation.

“Fu Yunhe, I hope you always rember the military code of conduct, and be worthy of the uniform you wear.”

After Hua Yuan finished speaking, he continued, “Please, Fu Yunhe, co to the stage, accept your diploma, and be conferred with your military insignia.”

Fu Yunhe walked up the stairs with his head held high, standing in front of Hua Yuan.

At this mont, the emotions of both were sowhat complex.

Hua Yuan thought to himself: He’s like a younger disciple.

Fu Yunhe thought: Elder brother, I have returned.

Hua Yuan pinned the epaulet on Fu Yunhe, and formally handed him the diploma.

“Congratulations.”

“Thank you.”

The two exchanged a montary glance, imdiate and fleeting.

Fu Yunhe had already turned around, and Hua Yuan stood up straight, but inside there was a tumultuous surge.

He had just added two unexpected words, “Elder brother.”

“Really?”

“Could I have heard it wrong?”

“Am I just too consud with missing my junior brother? Did I create an illusion after resolving a regret?”

Hua Yuan hadn’t sorted it out yet, but Fu Yunhe’s graduation ceremony had indeed ended.

Students from each class had left the auditorium in an orderly manner and went back to their classes.

Each professor had risen and walked up to Fu Yunhe to say goodbye or wished him well for a mont.

They knew they hadn’t taught Fu Yunhe much, but they wanted to impart so life lessons, hoping he could avoid so detours, as they gave their nagging advice.

Fu Yunhe was not impatient at all, humbly listening to each teacher’s instructions, respectfully seeing each one off.

Finally, it was Nian Shutong’s turn.

Nian Shutong stood opposite Fu Yunhe, extending a hand.

Fu Yunhe also extended his hand and grasped the palm of Nian Shutong.

“Professor Nian.”

“Fu Yunhe, staying alive is my only advice.”

“Received!”

The two released their hands and exchanged smiles.

Nian Shutong turned to leave first since Fu Yunhe had to depart imdiately; his ti was tight. The ceremony had been squeezed in by the principal, and he was about to report to the Legion because he was departing for the battlefield with them.

It was a very familiar Legion, the Seventh Legion, led by Xiong Da.

Xiong Da had finished his rest and was set to return to the Insect Clan Battlefield, taking over from another Legion.

Finally, only Hua Yuan and Fu Yunhe remained in the auditorium.

Hua Yuan walked up to Fu Yunhe, his eyes fixed on him.

“Principal, thank you for my graduation ceremony.”

“Not at all, it’s the least I could do.”

For the last ti, Fu Yunhe saluted and said to Hua Yuan, “When I return from the battlefield, I’ll find you for a few gas.”

Leaving that remark behind, Fu Yunhe, regardless of Hua Yuan’s widened eyes, gave him a mysterious smile and left.

Hua Yuan stood still, and while his face had beco expressionless, sothing inside him seed to affirm.

Fu Yunhe, Admiral Yun He.

Were they the sa person?

The last ti his junior brother left, he had said the exact sa thing, because Hua Yuan had a secret hobby of playing gas.

And not just any gas, but the simplest of gas, which he had played only with one person, Admiral Yun He.

Hua Yuan was not foolish; this was unquestionable.

The two had too many similarities, whether in capabilities, approach to matters, or even the tone of speaking.

And that test, the one only his junior brother knew about, Fu Yunhe had aced.

All the information was telling Hua Yuan one thing; his junior brother was still alive.

Though he had no idea what happened here despite the changed appearance, his junior brother was alive.

Hua Yuan tried to look up, staring at the colorful ceiling of the auditorium, srized by the sunlight that filtered through.

“Principal, are you okay?”

“I’m fine, I’m just admiring our ceiling, it’s really beautiful.”

A cleaner, who did not quite understand, looked at the ceiling; what was beautiful about it?

Surely it must be a lack of appreciation that prevented them from seeing what the principal saw.

Hua Yuan had composed himself; he couldn’t show it because he and Fu Yunhe both knew sothing, that soone in the shadows didn’t want the Commander alive.

Whether it was the previous Admiral Yun He or the soon-to-be Commander Fu Yunhe.

Hua Yuan, hands behind his back, walked out of the auditorium.

He never doubted his junior brother’s abilities; the position of Commander was ant for him.

And this ti, he would surely safeguard his junior brother from behind.
